Today was the last day that I will ever attempt to go to this location again. It's always a problem every time. Either they have a terrible attitude, or the food is never right. The other day I ordered snackin bacon to put on my avocado toast because the bacon that comes on the avocado toast when you order it doesn't have any seasoning. So I paid $3 for a bag of bacon, and it had zero seasoning on it whatsoever. Just plain microwaved bacon. Today I ordered avocado toast with a side of snackin bacon AGAIN... This time, there was maybe three tiny pieces in the $3 bag, and just a tiny sprinkle of seasoning. Then I go put it on my toast and go to take a few bites, and lo and behold, they didn't even TOAST IT. literally sold me a piece of bread with avocado smeared on top. Floppy and cold. I ate a few bites and threw it in the garbage. I will continue to go back to the one on 22nd avenue because they never get my order wrong. This location is right by my work, But I'd rather go hungry than keep spending $6-$8 on garage.
The only reason they got one star is so that I could put a review. This DD has gone downhill fast since they have changed staff. Pulled into drive-thru at 7:45 and waited 8 minutes before pulling to window and knocking on it. Two employees walked right past window and one even sat a drink down by the window and never was I acknowledged. No other people in line and at 7:53 doors were already locked and lights turned off. Poor management skills. This is not the first time this has happened. Your location is giving DD a bad name.
This is a good location; my order was right & the staff member was nice. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg & cheese on an English muffin & it was delish! Good decaf too.
I'm in this store at least 6 days out of the week. A lady by the name of Kerri took my order and she got it exactly right. She greeted me at the register with a cheerful and warm smile. The next time I go I hope I get her again. More of the employees should be nice and cheerful like her.
Gary at the drive thru this morning 5/4/22, had a terrible attitude.I order the same thing here 5+ days a week, large iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.I got handed a coffee without mocha, and when I asked "does this not have mocha in it?" He took it back and said in a grouchy tone "I didn't hear anything about mocha". The other employee said "this was supposed to have mocha in it??" And he responded with the same tone "I guess so" and handed it back to me.Maybe he was having a bad morning but he probably shouldn't be at the window if he's going to have that attitude over the little things.
Gone twice, never been worth it, don’t waste your time. Your gonna either wait for 20 min and be late to wherever you’re going. Or just get nothing you ordered. Both times I’ve given them a chance if gotten not only the wrong food, not what I payed for but everything is burnt and the coffee is never what you’re looking for. Some dunkins have been making a comeback, not this one, needs to be closed down…
Keep hoping this is going to get better! It's so convenient because it's so close to home, and we love Dunkin' donuts, we have never been one time where they've got our order correct! The food is obviously all prepared in advance so they can keep ahead of the game, which makes the good COLD!! Today I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel which I've never gotten at any other Dunkin' donuts where it's not so hot it burns your mouth, this is ice cold, the egg, the sausage, not even lukewarm! We also ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got 2 bacon egg and cheese (The receiptis correct), we call and complain and they tell us we're going to have some kind of a credit or a coupon sent to us we've never gotten anything, really frustrating when you're spending good money to get such poor quality product!!
If i could put zero stars i would. The employees At this location have no idea what customer service is, and i learned that in my first three minutes waiting for anyone to greet me, and then when someone finally did she seemed incredibly high and not wanting to help me. So when i finally asked for food she very highly told me there’s absolutely no sausage it’s not even prepped. Good job Dunkin’ Donuts.
Very dirty inside. There’s was food (slices of cheese meat, pieces of bread) all over the floor. The top of the coffee maker was covered in grimy coffee beans, dust and sticky looking drips. Apparently both registers at the front weren’t working so we had to order from the drive through computer and couldn’t see what donuts they had available so we had to walk back and forth and repeat our order 4 times. Attitudes were terrible but not surprising when you work in such a badly managed place.
I ordered online. When I arrived at the drive through to pick up my mobile order they said they didn't have it. Just all uber eats orders. I had to run home to get my phone to get order. When I walked in it was right there sitting on the counter. The 5 people working didn't want to help me so I asked if I could pick it up. The girl said she didn't understand my name at the drive up so that's why she didn't give it to me. Then it was missing the mini pancakes I ordered. They put burned hash browns instead.
