These are the best people! I've been here a few times and the folks are the nicest and always smiling. I didn't want to wait for a fresh brewed cold coffee so I got a regular black and told them I'd ice it and cream & sugar it at home. I wasn't aware they brewed it but had to wait for the coffee to cool abit before putting it over ice as it's so hot. Him explaining it got a tip through the drive thru. I'll keep going back as long as these folks stay great.
Only been here once and I liked the place. Staff were friendly and they made my coffee perfectly.
3 of the most horrible fast-food experiences I've ever had have come from this Dunkin over the last year or so. Wasn't like this before covid. No pride no heart no respect coming from this store.
I changed to this location, they HAD a wonderful morning crew, made my drink perfect. Next thing I know brand new staff and all of the sudden they did not have frozen coffee ingredients almost a week. (Strike 1) Went today to get a frozen coffee with Carmel, shot of expresso and whip cream…does this look correct? Crew was nice but need drink training. (Strike 2) ((this is what it looked like when I got home)) First one was made wrong and second one was too. DD has gone down hill. One more bad visit at any location I’m done with you!
One of the worst customer services I have experienced. From the beginning the lady was very rude at the drive through. She didn't give us the correct order. When asked for my coffee she snapped at us. Very unwelcoming staff. Dunkin should be disappointed that this is who is representing them
This 5 star review goes to the individual that worked Sunday 5/15/22 around 1:00pm. This gentleman was the ONLY EMPLOYEE working. After seeing 3+ cars leaving the speaker before I ordered, and an individual walking up to the store and leaving empty handed, I thought the store was closed. I drove up to the window, and the man working immediately recognized and said he would take my order as soon as he was done with the in store line. He apologized, took my order and had me pull up to wait for my sandwiches. I give him MAJOR props for deciding to work knowing he’s the only one, deciding to continue to work after going non stop, keeping customers at ease, and giving accurate orders while keeping great customer service.These days you don’t see that dedication anymore. This guy needs some recognition.
Very rude drive through employees. Paid for large coffee and received a medium but the body language and responses of the staff made me not want to say a word but just get my food and leave. Given drinks without straws and had to wait for them to stop talking to each other to ask for them. Highly disappointed
I truly cannot believe this place has the DD name. I never come to this DD as it's not near where I live. I did come to this location two years ago. Ordered ice cream. They were out of everything. I mean, everything. Fast forward to today. Again, came for ice cream. They basically had nothing. I mean, nothing. The owner seriously needs to read all of these comments. Every single review, with the exception of a few, have given a 1 star rating. I would have given zero stars if I could.
Dunkin is inconsistent, but jesus christ this location has been the most inconsistent dunkin i have ever been too haha.. i keep coming back to this location thinking maybe this time someone can get it right and i am always disappointed. I guess i’ll just drive an extra 10 minutes to another location to get some more of my poopy coffee lol
This is the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. I go to Duncan all the time. I even have the app on my phone. I have sat at the drive-thru while they were open for more than 5 minutes before that someone even acknowledged me. One time I walked into the store and the door was open all the lights were on but there was no employees in sight. I called out to see if there was anybody working. No answer. I called the cops after that I thought they had been robbed turns out they're just lazy. This is the worst Dunkin donuts on the planet Earth.
