This was the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to in my life! The most rude group of people working there. They walk around slamming everything because they have an attitude, didn’t even acknowledge me and my 2 sons standing at the register. Had no donuts at all and when we had picked out which ones to get my sons, they came over and bagged them up and gave them to a car in drive thru, which wasn’t there until after us! My boys were so upset! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!
I recently moved a minute away from this Dunkin’ and it has been my go to for coffee. The staff is very kind and the service is quick and efficient but I have ran into a continuous problem. They pick and choose when they want to serve hot food and when they don’t. The first time they didn’t serve me food it was very busy so I was understanding. Although they did tell me the store was too messy inside therefore they’re not serving food and I found that to be unprofessional. Today there were 2 other cars in the drive through and nobody inside and they told me they weren’t serving food. Overall, I haven’t had many issues with this Dunkin’ but there should be no reason they don’t allow half of their menu to be ordered this often.
This location is a total train wreck. they are out of most of the food items on their menu. You can see from the other comments that's not unusual for them. I ordered two bagel egg sandwiches and when I got to work, there was only one sandwich in the bag, wrong bagel type. I was the only one in the drive thru and the person at the window had to ask me 4 times what I ordered to drink. The strawberry coolada had no coolada they were probably out of that too but just made the drink anyway. 3 strikes you're out! Go the newer location south on 4th St stay away from this one.
Where is the general or the store manager. This place need to be revamped. First of all I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes listening to the person at the window having a personal conversation. So when I gave her my order she then proceeded to tell me the oven isn't working. Then she carried on with her personal conversation. Don't just hire to have more bodies. Hire because they deserve working at your company.
This morning I gave this Dunkin’ Donuts location at 12000 4th Street in St. Petersburg another chance, but they proved to me that I will now have to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!I pulled up with no one in front of me, nor behind me, and ordered an extra large coffee and asked what flavors they have for the coffee. The obnoxious, rude female says “all of them”. I said oh, is there a list? I don’t see it on the menu board. She starts naming them with an attitude and quickly… I said do you have butter pecan? She replies, I just said that, baby! At which point, I double checked my rear view and proceeded to back up and leave.Rule 1. If you don’t have a good disposition, please don’t work with the public.Rule 1a. If you work at a place that serves morning coffee, don’t be argumentative with the customer who is pulling up to get their first cup!The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts!
I have given this place chance after chance after chance. I get the same thing every single solitary time and yet I’m always handed a different drink. It literally always taste completely different. They botched my order today, so I go through the line and buy ANOTHER one with my own money, and they ruin that one too??? Like??? Is it that hard to make a drink correctly? It’d be different if it was a complicated order but it’s not. So. And I’m tired of these places being ran by teenagers, they have the worst attitudes and always think they’re better than everyone else.Maybe Starbucks is worth the extra money. Get it together y’all.
Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to be told they weren’t doing any food, and we couldn’t leave the line so we had no choice but to stay. When we got to the window to pay they all of a sudden had food ready but it wasn’t what we ordered and it was an extra one. I mentioned what we were told and they made us feel like we had no choice now. The coffee my boyfriend ordered was right but mine was wrong. I asked for a Vanilla iced coffee and got a plain one with regular cream. I added Vanilla syrup when I got home because I didn’t want to throw it out.I wasn’t going to write a review because I get being understaffed but it’s the fact that they were rude and when we got home the order was wrong, got charged for the sandwiches we were told they weren’t doing and stayed in the line without knowing they weren’t doing food. They should put a sign out saying that because we would’ve understood and went somewhere else.
Took around 40 minutes from getting into the drive thru line, to getting out. I know this location is probably extremely understaffed and that’s no fault of the people who did decide to work, but what IS their fault is telling us that they currently weren’t doing any food items (except donuts), then suddenly having food items when we pull up to the drive thru window (albeit not the items we ordered nor the quantity) and then giving an attitude when we mentioned that we were told the contrary (that being there were no food items). We ended up getting two of the wrong food items and one of the wrong coffees. Perhaps a sign in front of the 40 minute line telling you they don’t have food items would help with decision making. I’d rather make the extra 8-10 minute drive to the Pinellas Park location; Much nicer staff, quicker line and gives you the items you ordered.
At a typical Dunkin Donuts on an even slightly busy day I am able make an order and pay for through the drive-thru within 5-7 mins at the most. With only one person ahead of me in line, it took 20 mins. I like to keep an open-mind but the location wasn't understaffed nor was busy being 12pm. Sad thing is, the wait isn't what even bothered me....it was the rude cashier. My order was simple. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich on a croissant. A lady repeated my order back to me and gave me my total in a polite manner. Got to the cashier, different guy than who took my order. He said with a mum demeanor, "You get dat sausage egg and chee" like an aspiring Soundcloud rapper. I politely responded, "It was a bacon egg and cheese". He sighs like it was the biggest inconvenience to him with his eyes rolling back into his head like when a teenager responds when they are asked to clean their room (man was in his mid-twenties). And yells at his manager, "nah, he gone done changed his mind", implying that it was my fault. Thankfully the manager stepped in and got me my order. Unfortunately, her rebuttal in the background as they were carrying on about my order was not the most professional interaction with no apology for the wait or for the error. Unfortunately, a very poor experience.
I told the lady with the wart/mole over each eyelid I wanted to steam my coffee - but she explained their wand was broken so she could not steam it.Then she asks for a third time if I want my coffee hot or cold and I responded: "obviously hot"With those two words she refused service to me because she felt it was too insulting. I will never go to Dunkin' again
