I try this Dunkin every few months to see if the service has improved. It remains disorganized and underwhelming. They are usually out of items and perpetually running at the speed of drying paint. The wait times to order, drive to the window, and pay are extensive. Multiple staff members ask at the window for you to pay and they seem to hand whatever beverage looks right in the moment out the window. Staff morale is understandably low and results in some lackluster social interactions. In a half dozen visits, I've had my order correct once. Time to take the hint and stop going.
The manager opens when he chooses to.. I am literally standing outside the door. The manager opened the door and when I informed him it is past 5am (opening time) he replied "ok" and stood there and would not allow me in. I am a everyday customer of DD and will NEVER give my business to this location again. I will be contacting either the owner or corporate.
I’m giving it 4 stars even though the new staff deserve 5! I used to avoid this Dunkin at all costs. For the past two years the employees were rude, unprofessional, and honestly I was concerned some of them would do something to peoples food. But for some reason about 3 weeks ago I decided to go there and see what’s changed. The last two times I came here (both at night) I was served by someone who was literally the only one there. I always go to Dunkin’ for one thing and one thing only! The cappuccino blast! It’s my favorite drink on earth! Usually when I came here no one wanted to make it. The excuses for their unwillingness to make it ranged from “we don’t have the mix, we don’t have vanilla ice scream, et etc.” one day I walked in and saw the vanilla ice scream and asked why they lied and someone got confrontational with me. But Back to these last two experiences; Ashley worked one night and she was so pleasant! I hope she is still there considering it was only her first week and she was practically the only one there! And tonight Jeston served me my blast. He kept apologizing for the wait: I noticed he was the only one doing drive thru and the walk ins. That is so messed up, I noticed it, he never offered that information. He didn’t make one excuse! He served me and my daughter with a smile and it didn’t even take longer than normal. He was feeling guilty and overwhelmed and I honestly hope you (THE OWNERS) have compensated him for his exhausting work. He was so sweet! And the blast was delicious. Thank you to both of them. That’s all. That’s my review. I will be calling tomorrow to make sure they are both recognized for their exceptional customer service.I know times are hard and there’s many people out here not wanting to work but the clientele is still there and the ones who are working deserve a raise and appreciation!!!! The ones who used to work here (with a full staff) were disgusting, slow, and fought with each other behind the counter. I hope the owners are thankful for the employees they have.
Went through the drive thru and seen employees inside. Sat in the drive thru no response. Went by the window and seen no one had on a headset for the drive thru...not going there again when I get off work.
I'm SOOOOOO glad they have a whole new crew here in the morning. The morning crew here is doing an AMAZING job!!! My coffee comes out perfect every time I go in there now!!I did a review in March of last year on this location and gave it 1 star because the staff was rude and disrespectful to clients. I was literally going all the down to the 4th Street North location on a bus because how bad the staff was.It's hard to find employees right now and often times the people that are already employed know how hard it is and think they can do whatever they want to. But NOT the morning shift here. Thank you guys for making such a HUGE change and actually making this Dunkin enjoyable to go to again!!!!!
Worst service ever...bearded guy just sits in to go window talking on cell. His service is worse than all the rest.
Horrible. It’s always something when I go to this location. Either they are out of something or they serve me not well prepared food. This recent time I was given completely burnt toast for my Avocado Toast. It is evident the employees do not care .
I’ve come here before and been appalled with employees but the women who helped me today was amazing. Thanks for your help redeeming my formerly unavailable order.
The service was extremely slow, I would not recommend this place at all. Save your money for elsewhere. I'm surprised this place is even still open. Used to be one of the best dunkin's but the workers now are extremely lazy and unintelligent. My orders were made wrong and staff showed no knowledge of their own menu. The employees are terrible. Don't work at a coffee shop if you don't know how to make coffee. All drinks given to me were watered down.
Terrible place and the staff cannot take orders at all. Asked for a dunkanccino and they asked me if I would like it hot or cold? Dunkanccinos have always been hot. Staff had no knowledge of what was even on the menu and could not communicate clearly at all. I was in line for 20 minutes before I could even have my order taken and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Slow service, and even slower employees. Received my "dunkanccino" just for it to be plain hot coffee with no cream or sugar. Would never come here again. Starbucks always gets their orders right.
