Loved this place in the past. Ordered through GrubHub. Arrived early and driver came straight to our house from the restaurant. Food was stone cold. My Okra was warm but everything else felt like it was from the fridge. GrubHub sent me a coupon for my next order. But for $75 worth of food, I will pass on ordering from Dickey's again.
Very disappointed in this location. The floors were very slippery. The table tops were wet. You can see that in the first photo. The man taking our orders acted like he wanted to be somewhere else. The older gentleman that took our sides and drinks order was friendlier. My wife said the creamed spinach and the mac and cheese were old. Her turkey was dry. My brisket was fatty. The so called ice cream was yellow and had an off taste. We love Dickey's but not this one. We were there at 1:00 and only three tables were occupied. Guess we should have taken that as a sign about this location.
The absolute worst Dicky’s, what an embarrassment. Floors were so filthy and greasy, it was like walking on slippery ice (very dangerous). Food dried out, it was only 1p when we were here. Guy serving the meats was not at happy we were here. Never again will we ever come to this location again. On top of everything else I got bitten by a mosquito in the store.

The pulled pork, brisket and chicken breast were good. The chicken was dry, but that is too my liking personally. The potatoes salad, Mac and cheese and the beans were good sides. They had free ice cream cones but it tasted more like ice milk (a little strange to me) bathroom was clean. Iced tea was fresh. I would go back but if like to try the Texas Frito stack.
Despite the staff being extremely friendly and welcoming... the food is below mediochre. It was similar to bad cafeteria food- flavorless meat, with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese that were stale. We would not ever eat here again, period.

Legit.. submitted an order thru their location, which apparently is deliverable via Door dash. So as a company that just ordered office lunch, and we wait for door dash to arrive.. and it pops up and says it order complete & delivered. We call.. we're told not to reorder, to come down, and fix it.. because they'd take too long for reordering. We sent a staff to the dickeys location, while she stood there explaining, the door dasher with our order that just marked it delivered, walked in with our food.. the dickeys staff, super inept.. absolutely clueless.. so now we've been charged on a credit card, for an order we never got.. and their moronic staff couldn't provide any guidance based on the entire ordeal? Who runs this place?? So dickeys makes an error, blames door dash.. door dash makes an error.. blames dickeys.. meanwhile 6 staff are still waiting on a lunch that was ordered 2.5 hours ago. All for mediocre food.. not ever again dickeys.. not ever again.
Had always enjoys Dickey's BBQ but after tonight I don't think we will be back. Brisket was very fatty. Wife got the salad with the brisket and couldn't eat the meat just the lettuce. I had the 3 meat plate and not only was the brisket fatty but the brisket and the sausage wasn't cold but like room temp. Was not warm and definitely not hot. Very disappointing but the ice cream will save the day. Nope. It's not icream but very soft and runny yellow ice milk. Very disappointing.
Ribs hardly had any meat on them. Brisket was very dry. I ordered pickles and Carolina bbq sauce with my meal, didn't get either one. Sauce would've been nice because the meat was so dry. Sides were OK. I think the dinner roll had more moisture than the meats did.
