My family has been going to this Cici's location for over a decade and it's still just as great. The staff do their best and it's always a nice environment.
Went in with 9 people to have the buffet on Wednesday night last week and we were told the buffet is closed! It was 8:50pm and they close at 10pm!!!! The girl standing at the register said we can order take out! Nope! We left at went a few blocks down and ate at Applebees! Ridiculous! If your open until 10pm you serve what you advertise…..the buffet…..until 10pm! Stop being lazy people!!!!
Was there for about a half an hour. ALL of the pizza was old and dried up, exept for the one pepperoni pizza that they left empty that they refilled once the entire time I was there. Spent more time waiting on edible food than actually eating. Homeless people hanging out inside, and the arcade token machine ate our money. Stay far, far away.
Aaron is the man, I came with my family sat down got food The young man’s hospitality is Golden and was great , he asked if I needed anything proceeded to walk to every table and ask if they needed anything or if there was anything he could do to make they’re visit better, overall everyone was a great team but Aaron stood out great worker sir thank you for the great visit !
First time coming back since they added the new games , experience was amazing, food was fresh and can’t beat the 3.99 buffet deal! Customer service was superior. Aaron went above and beyond making sure our Parmesan cheese was full and that we didn’t need anything else during our visit ! He mentioned this was his first job and I’m honestly amazed how professional he was. I observed him using proper hand washing techniques and was detail cleaning the restaurant! This young gentlemen is a Hospitality superstar!
Excellent experience! I haven’t been to Cici’s in such a long time and it was honestly humbling. Aaron made us feel so welcome and I could tell he wanted us to have a wonderful time. Good conversation led to him saying this was his first job and I was amazed! I’ve never met anyone that has that much drive at such a young age! Cici’s is incredibly lucky to have such a great character in their establishment! We’ll be back to enjoy more pizza!
Aaron was a Customer Service Champion!! The place was clean, food was fresh and service was superior! I would highly suggest this location.
A typical Cici's. Friendly staff that is working to keep everything nice for the customers. Plenty of fresh food at the buffet. Arcade to keep youth happy too
Can you please for the love of all that holy close your garbage lid. Your trash an every other business 8n that plaza ends up in my yard.... I'm calling corporate and code violation to. The Woodstorks and every other animal and homeless people dig in your dumpster all day! Close the dawn lid and put a lock on it for f's sake!
If you want bad service and terrible food then this is the place for you! The night shift crew could give a rip about their job and don't even get me started on the attitudes they had. If you don't like your job that's one thing but it's another when you push away PAYING CUSTOMERS when you don't want to work. My wife and I were in there and witnessed 6 paying customers turned down at the door simply because the crew did not want to make more pizza. Also an elderly gentlemen went in having but one arm to use to get his to go box and the crew had no intentions on helping that poor man out. Why is the open sign on when nobody wants to work? The lights are on but nobody is home.
