So First they mis-represent themselves!!!! On Google it has the same phone number and address as the website. BUT on Google it says that they are Pipo's Cuban Cafe, whom I love and they are GREAT. The website however is correct that they are Pepo's Cuban, they suck!!! I will upload a picture of my food. Cubans should include roasted pork at least every few bites. I and several of my co-workers that I convinced that Pipos was great were also disappointed in lunch. There was just the tiniest sliver of pork and the pickles are paper thin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP!!!!!!!
What a great breakfast at an awesome value! Was recommended by the Hilton Front Desk Staff…. The folks at Pepo’s are friendly and caring. When visiting St Pete had breakfast here every day. The Cafe con Leche is at Miami Standards as well as the omelets (try Chorizo). Good guava pastelitos. Convenient parking and outside covered terrace so we brought our dog. My cousin also had lunch at Pepo’s after we left and cannot compliment it more. Get Mofongo! … Great experience!
We visited here Labor Day weekend and loved this no frills Cuban restaurant. Food is slow cooked, authentic flavors at a great price and great portions. Highly recommend supporting this local restaurant! Pictured: mofongo, picadillo, plantains, ham croquettes.
The food was amazing, better than some I've had in Miami. If ever in the area I would def. go back here!
Real Cuban sandwich with all those flavors. Ample free parking. Menu offers many favorites as well as "American" offerings like lettuce and tomato on the Cuban sandwich. Rich pork and ham flavors on a great toasted bun. Wrapped in foil and paper of course. Took me back to Little Havana in Miami.
This should make the list of dives and diners a small Cuban style family restaurant great food large portions at a real good price
The food was excellent. I had the Mojo Roasted Chicken and my wife had the Pepos Wrap and both dishes were delicious.
Had the roast pork with plantains and black beans with rice. Was a very large portion for the price and included authentic Cuban bread. Would definitely return and try other dishes.
Have been here under prior ownership. Was good then. Today, will not be returning. Food undercooked even after second trip to kitchen. Check photo of hash browns after sent back to kitchen. No cheddar cheese. Not clean. Definitely a pass. I eat in a lot of dives. This one is a no go.
Caramba food truck. Great Cuban and other sandwiches. Only been there once, but will stop there today. I don't get down here often, so, am looking forward to a late lunch. They are Not limited to mex/Cuban food. Small menu, but good variety.
