Absolutely horrible experience. Server was rude and short with us from the jump. 37 dollars for two sandwiches, two sides, and a drink. The only hot thing on both sandwiches was the meat. The chicken tasted like it was from Wendy’s. Cold dollar store buns, cold Kraft singles cheese for (+1.20)more and Didn’t even bother warming up the undercooked bacon (+1.79) that was clearly done in bulk and refrigerated. Fries were luke warm and soggy. The drink machine was out of most of its options and the ones it did have tasted off. The same rude server dropped a sanitizer towel in between wiping tables and continued to wipe tables down with the dirty rag. No manager in sight. Will absolutely never come back. Horrible first and last experience.
We take our large family here regularly because there is something for everyone here. I have two meat eating kids who love their burgers and two vegetarians who absolutely love both the Beyond and the quinoa burger. We also need a GF option, so the green style of any burger is perfect. The staff takes extra great care of us and my kids love seeing the enormous pile of fries when they land on the table. Dre makes a special effort to connect with us and he's obviously doing a great job of managing this location. Whenever we suggest burgers out, BurgerFi is the unanimous choice!
We have been to this establishment three times now and Dre' has always taken excellent care of me and my fiancé. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the St Petersburg area. The burgers are amazing, fries are homemade and shakes are out of this world!!!!! Dre will take excellent care of you. All staff are nice if he by chance isnt there. The cooks are wonderful as well. All good reviews, clean and pleasant place to chill and enjoy great food.
We ate dinner here. Wanted something fast and good and we got more than we expected. We had the CEO burger and the Burgerfi burger. Both were excellent! The star of the meal were definitely the onion rings. Perfectly battered and fried. These were possibly the best onion rings we have ever had!!! The staff was friendly and efficient. Huge shoutout to Dre, Alessia, Obi and Alejandro for making our visit so great!

Extremely rude to my wife and i. 1st time there yesterday and when i asked whats good on the menu, the man with a sour look on his face says “it’s all good. Why do ask that same question everytime?” Shocked i told him i just wanted his opinion. Not a glaring attitude. The food was great and I understand nobody in st pete wants to work anymore. But your staff is a disgrace. Dissatisfied and disappointing especially from someone who worked hospitality for years and my wife has a bachelors in hospitality management. Pathetic.
Pretty decent burger and fries , always fresh tasting. Had issue with food & the white guy who has the glasses working on 4/27 around 2 pm was not great at customer service. Our order got messed up and he said he would fix but walked away and made milkshakes then would walk away and continually ignored us. Spoke to another guy and he got us talking to manager. The manager Dre I think? Is super kinda and handled it super respectful and got food fixed and handled. He’s always been helpful and awesome give that man a raise

Quality is not the greatest. Extremely greasy and undercooked. $12 for just a burger with no drink or fries. WAY overpriced for what you get. Spent $12 and still hungry. McDonalds burgers are better. Female cook had no gloves or hairnet or mask on when cooking. Won’t ever be eating here again.
