By far one of the best burgers I’ve had! The service was super fast and staff feels like family to everyone who walks in the door!! Overall great food with a great atmosphere!
Burger was good but would have been better if it was not chopped up . And onion rings were not worth $4 outer skin of onion was still on which made them super tough to eat so I gave up after the first one only gave 2 stars because the burger was good other then it being a mess to eat
We rode our bikes to Burger Monger tonight to pick up supper, mainly because it wasn't too far to ride. This was our first time there and I just wanted to say we had outstanding customer service, which is pretty rare these days. Will definitely visit again. Good food too!
So many places have false advertisement when it comes to the pictures of thier items, but I remember the very first time I went here I was shocked by the accuracy of the burgers.The burgers actually matched up to their advertisement. This place is legit good, big juice burgers! I order everytime the impossible burger and fresh cut french fries, both are the bomb! I give them a 4 only because prices are more on the expensive side. Still worth it sometimes if you want a big juicy ?

And got the most amazing non meat burger..choices of add one..crispy fries were thin and worth it. Clean ..fast..nice staff.. very nice!
I use to visit/ ubereats this restaurant all the time. This place has truly gone downhill. The meat quality has definitely changed and gone downhill. My favorite burger is the steakhouse and my last time picking up takeout was horrendous. I do not know I they need to send this workers to customer service class or what but they do not know how to serve. I do not get welcomed, they just look at you as if you are a bother. My burger was super cold ?. I asked to speak to the manager and this guy walks up and ask what do I need. Again am I a bother to these people? I explained what was wrong and this guy says it was just made and it is not cold and he was not remaking another burger because it is too expensive. I was blown away. I then said well I would like a refund as I do not want a cold meal. He refused again. I asked for corporate number this man says he is corporate ?. So I just give up because I dine a lot in the downtown area, never in my life have I encountered such a rude and I can't even describe what this man is. He would not even tell me his name but his name tag said Greg. Someone needs to see about this. I won't be coming back nor ordering online. I will find another burger spot. I will do my research and find a tastier spot. Find a new manager and a new cook asap!!
I absolutely love this place! Friendly staff that make you feel welcomed and the best gourmet burgers in town. I appreciate the plant based options and the great selection of toppings
1st time ever eating here January 23rd 2022. No posted menus. And the menus that are printed are kept directly in front of the cash register where you order.I have food intolerances and always opt to build my own burgers to avoid confusion. I ordered a burger with bacon, cheese, avocado, pickles and lettuce with a side of ranch. Sweet potato fries were spilt with my boyfriend who ordered a bacon cheddar burger. His came out just fine. Mine came out with a ton of sauce and onions no avocado. I went up and waited while some customers finished their order I asked what the sauce was "its mother sauce"... "Okay??? but what is mother's sauce?" They start telling me and I say I hate mayo which seems to be the main sauce ingredient and that I ordered ranch on the side which is what I got already. The cook takes my burger and I wait a few at the front and then just sit back down. My burger comes out again with onions and no avocado. It's overcooked so it's dry and it lacked flavor. The bun tastes like the flat top as does the burger, bacon and somehow the cheese does as well. The pickels were firm and tasted good but because the majority of the burger tasted of the flat top grill I couldn't taste them. The sweet potato fries are too thinly cut or just over cooked cause they lacked flavor and were crisper than they should ever be.I will likely never ever eat here again. I've worked in burger joints before and know how crazy it can be but it wasn't busy when we were there. This is poor management and staff. 5 GUYS is way better than this joint if any of you burger lovers need a comparison.
