This place hands down best ice cream ever! 10 out of 10 with even better service! Do yourself a favor and try this place it’s life changing!!! We were gonna go to baskin’s , but my wife said she’s always wanted to try Bright Ice amd thank heaven we did!!!! We will be telling other foodies about this diamond.

This ice cream place has really cool flavors. All the ice creams have a cool spin on them. Over the months I have seen the flavors change, so they come out with new ones frequently. I think they offer a variety for everyone’s liking. Lots of savory, lots of fruity and some salty. Also I really love the coffee selections! Every time I come here I get an Eye Opener with a scoop of ice cream to share. By far the most unique ice cream in town.
Many unusual flavors and all are delicious! Try them all and take some home, too. Reasonable prices and a rewards program. Service was outstanding. Nice, clean hangout areas.
Took my husband out for his birthday. We eat ice cream once a year so I wanted it to be special. There were so many dogs inside the shop, I could not find a comfortable place to sit or stand to see the menu. When a dog jumped up onto the counter where ice cream is passed and we pay, I decided to never return. I understand dogs on the patio, but inside a food establishment? I wonder what the health department thinks. When I told the cashier I was freaked out to touch the counter because the dog's paws had just been there, she asked if I was allergic to dogs instead of apologizing and wiping off the counter. I guess it is so common it is not noticed. Ice cream was lacking in flavor (no vanilla taste) and waffle cone tasted like cinnamon and had a strong flavor of egg. I will go elsewhere for celebrations. I will not return. I wish you and your doggy friends the best.
Just stopped and got a fudge brownie w a scoop of vanilla ice cream warmed up. OMG it was to die for by far the best brownie I ever had. Great staff, great ice cream and sweets. a must go place.
Great afternoon stop on a hot Florida afternoon. The ice cream flavors were unexpected and so delicious. Pineapple with brown butter and pecans, coffee toffee, carmelized banana with peanut butter and honey to name a few. I wish I had this ice cream shop in my hometown.
love this spot, and trying new flavors every time we get to treat ourselves. took my sister here last and tried the balsamic strawberry - delicious! not your basic strawberry ice cream.i also tried the affogato w mint choc chip ice cream, and it was an amazing combo.employees are always friendly and kind.space is always neat and clean ?
The place seems to have changed.I've come here dozens and dozens of times since they opened and always got a free small scoop of vanilla for my dog.Now, the last 2 times, they saythey do NOT do the free dog scoopand never were supposed to."Never were supposed to."Wow, and strange.It was nice while it lasted.Good ice cream (though sometimes a bit too sweet).This location has a fair bit of employee turnover, but they generally are helpful while they are there.
They have delicious ice cream at a very affordable price. The air conditioning is amazing and the interior is nice. Also, very friendly and positive employees. I love it and would recommend
