I love Black Radish DTSP! The deli is full of amazing sandwiches( hulk hoagie being my personal favorite) the store is filled with all of your vegan grocery needs, and the staff is super friendly as well!
Finally, a local grocery store where vegans can buy everything with reckless abandon, without worrying about animal parts, secretions or excretions being snuck in. I can put away my reading glasses and buy everything from cheese to breaded nuggets to chocolates knowing that no animal ingredients were used. They even have a deli where they make sandwiches to order. I have a new favorite place in St Pete!
Thankful to have a vegan grocery store option both in Tampa and St.Pete. Also, super grateful for their delicious deli options. I’ve missed having savory and tasty breakfast and lunch items with actual flavor. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online and picking up in the store. The staff is always really chill.
My new favorite place in Saint Pete! Such a cute grocer! So many fun vegetarian / vegan options! They even have the vegetarian better than bouillon no beef base which is awesome, now I don't have to order it in Amazon. Staff is very friendly and helpful! So excited to go again!
This place is a dream come true. Absolutely stupendous vegan grocer with great kitchen staples as well as specialty items. The menu for their made to order food is also top notch with great comfort foods. What a special business with a kind and helpful staff.
Employees are super nice, store is clean and easy to navigate, great selection of products. I was excited to see products I haven't seen before! Bonus: local veggies for sale. From the cafe I had a a sandwich special that was super tasty and unique. While I do really like the store, it missed for me in two ways. First, the grocery store and menu options are pretty fake meat heavy (but that is personal preference of course.) Second, I felt there weren't many affordable options.
Quickly fell in love with Black Radish and their deli foods. I’m very happy that St. Pete has a place for great vegan breakfast sandwiches, which was one thing I missed about leaving animal products behind. I’ll definitely be back again and again!
Breakfast sandwich heaven. Small space, but really nice selection of grocery items as well. Lots of products I've never seen before or could only buy online.A note on pricing, since I saw another reviewer complain: Yeah, some of the pricing for more common items MIGHT be a little higher than what you find at a Walmart. But that is understandable given that this is not an international behemoth of a company that purchases enormous quantities of product. And Black Radish more than makes up for it in their variety of products. As I said, they have lots of products that are unavailable at the big chains. On the whole, I found Black Radish to be very reasonably priced, given that it is a specialty independent grocer. And I was actually able to buy stuff today that was cheaper than buying it online. The menu items are very reasonably priced. I will absolutely be back.

I love this place so much!!! Stores like black radish make being vegan very accessible and they have all the best products. They also have the nicest and more helpful staff ever & I also know that they give back a lot to their communities in both St.Pete and V.M. Ybor which is so important!!!! Could not give them a better rating. I eat their sandwiches at least once a week!!! Get a B.O.C. with bacon, tomato & ranch and thank me later!!!
