edit because how are you guys gonna forget the only 2 ingredients that go on this sandwich the last FOUR times i ordered it even after my original review and then take it off your menu?? honestly feels like a personal attack man.i love this place a ton and the people are awesome so i’m still giving 5 stars but please stop forgetting to put the goat cheese and pepper jelly on the side for the cheesy chick when i order for pickup, this is the 3rd time i’ve been high as hell and only craving this just to get home and it be chicken on a bun ? love u guys pls don’t make me sad again
Used to be way better before they changed their menu. All of my favorite things are gone. They had the same staff for a while, when originally opened, which were great. New staff, not so much. They seem to mess up my order every time lately. I miss the old byrd..I called one day and spoke to the manager to let them know they messed up my to go order. He said he would pass along the feedback...Chicfilet would have at least invited me back for a sandwich on them. The quality isn't any better than chic filet now so I'm having a hard time deciding if I even want to go back. It was so good before. I hope this feedback helps get the restaurant back to the quality that your regular customers miss. If not, Chicfilet is right down the street.

Better Byrd use to be one of my favorite gluten free places to eat, until last night. They use sandwich that was amazing, cheesy chick, and as a side, fried cheese curds! After trying to order them from Uber eats last night, I found out they removed both of them from their menu. I called the restaurant and was sadden to find out they revamped their menu and many items removed. Please reconsider bringing these 2 one of a kind dishes.
Very friendly staff. There's an awesome atmosphere in the dining room. The food options aren't plentiful. No mushrooms ? got them 3 stars
My chicken sandwich was very good. The fries were barely warm. Chips & guac really good. The drink we had was not very good. Semi-sweet strawberry, i think with kiwi? Tea. Very strange tasting. Nice and clean, staff, was nice and helpful. The outside seating area was cozy with a nice shelter from traffic.
Super delicious chicken sandwiches. Really like what they did with the space and you have the option to choose from their different brands: Taco Dirty, Sweet Soul, betterByrd and FK all in one spot ??????
Great experience eating here today and in the past, but the kitchen always seems to forget something important in my order. Today, the kitchen did not include chicken in the bowl I ordered, despite the fact that I paid extra to include chicken and the crispy cauliflower bites. Wish the bowls weren’t so crazy expensive (it’s $15+), otherwise I’d eat here more often.
Quality of food not as good as it used to be. I have been getting the peanut bowl for years. The ingredients in the bowl have been significantly reduced down to rice, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and a couple of cucumber slices, with 2/3 of the bowl being rice (never mind that I asked for very little rice).. The bowl used to have mixed greens and other ingredients and there used to be a quinoa option. Disappointing since I used to love this place.
Normally a 10/10 when I come, absolutely one of the best spots in St. Pete and I always recommend this place to friends! However, today I found hair in my food and it was not pleasant. The cashier did give us a $10 coupon which was nice
