Worst store ever, rude, no knowledge of product, tiny servings. Don't go there.
Gross looking ice cream cooler. Dirty hands of the person scooping. Almost every flavor was out. We left without ordering.
While the icecream was good there was a few issues. The store i went to apparently does not have a manager so they were out of alot of items from spoons to toppings for a banana split and cant get the items needed. Also the girl working had her friends hangin out there while she was working and was disrupting her work and of her taking care of customers which was totally inapproperiate. If they had a manager i dont think that would be happening. I will not be going back
On April 03, at 11:20am, I had a terrible experience with them. I asked a simple question and the lady taking my order became very nasty towards me, and later she said she was sorry because she had a bad day and as soon as I said well if you have a bad day you cannot take it on your customers she told me to leave and she will not sell anything to me. For sure she didn’t sell anything to me, how terrible is that. If that was your company, would you do that

Absolutely Amazing ! I live in Canada and ordered a fudge crunch cake with a photo for my boyfriends birthday who lives in florida. I'm telling you these ladies bent over backwards to help me out. Huge shout out to Toni who made my cake look amazing, taste amazing and helped me the entire time. They were very polite, very understand and even respected the Covid regulations. I would not hesitate to come back! Thank you ladies again!
When we were coming out Manager was rude asking if we have mask and we did worried about us when she should worry about the parking lot dirty and trashcan overflows. I bought a cake and no one can write happy birthday on the cake because nobody knew how to do it what kind of place are you running? You should be ashamed of yourself
