My mother, sister and a friend visited Acropolis in St. Pete. Sunday and we had 4 amazing dishes! We really enjoyed the entire dinner and our waiter Pierce was amazing! He and his trainee were on top of everything! We will definitely be back and ask for Pierce next time! Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Loved the food here! They have some good greek options to try..We tried Falafel wrap and Chicken Kebob, and the taste was too good.But we wish service could still be improved - there was no staff available at the restaurant entrance to provide us a table and we had to wait for a while. This could be improved!Apart from that we were satisfied with everything and the staff who served us was also kind.

Had a good dinner here recently. The staff was very friendly. Our server Bianca was helpful and made sure our food was made vegan. The food tasted really good as well, especially their house salad dressing. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hot items we ordered were pretty much room temperature when they got to our table. Flavor was still great. Won't stop us from coming back to try it again since every other aspect of our experience was awesome!
FRAUDULENT OVERCHARGING: Our experience here was terrible to say the least. To get quickly to the most important part of this review, some of the highlights were: getting forgotten about on the porch patio upstairs when it was raining/getting soaked, waiting 34 minutes for our server to come back with to go boxes and the check, waiting 17 minutes for him to come back and get the check, and after waiting 17 minutes, having to go to the bar downstairs to cash out because we were clearly forgotten about/not important even after he apologized with a complimentary dessert and then did the exact same thing he had just apologized for lol. HERE’S THE WORST PART: Because the service was so terrible, we tipped Wilbur (aka Brian) accordingly. After I checked my posted statement balance on my card, I had seen that he (or someone) ADDED $5.00 to his tip, turning it into 20% of the bill when that is NOT what I had AUTHORIZED. As you’ll see in the images attached, I authorized a $10.00 tip and whoever entered it into the system, gave him a $15.00 tip. I reached out to the restaurant to report/resolve the issue before getting the bank involved. I dealt with Rachael, who was the bartender that ended up cashing us out at the bar that night - she remembered us from then. She apologized and we texted back and forth to resolve the issue. I requested the $5.00 be refunded and she said she’ll reach out to their POS company. I have been following up with her and getting the run around - as you can see in our text messages. She said the manager got involved; however, I don’t believe this, as I can’t seem to get a manager on the phone or a call back. Moral of the story is: Stay away from this place and believe the bad reviews. I wish I would’ve believed the other review that said they got overcharged an unauthorized amount. This place is not honest and it’s going to come back and bite them one day. Luckily, ours was only $5.00, but it’s the principle that matters most.
Sat outside on a sunny day, always order octopus if on a menu and it was excellent, succulent and not too charred. Falafel & calamari was good, date enjoyed the tacos, wanted lamb substitute and since they were out of other meats got all 3 with lamb. Changing wine menu with good, reasonable priced options. Service was outstanding! I think her name was Keshia. Inside bar, tables were pushed aside for a Sunday dance lesson, Dj music a bit loud from the outside. Accessible rest area.
I love this Acropolis location, the St. Pete is the best from all the other locations they are open late till 1 AM on Friday and Saturday the other ones close early. It’s food is amazing and it’s a great place to have some hookah, drinks and desserts. Love the Greek entertainment.
This place is absolutely hands down so delicious ?The food was incredible the flavor profiles were on point! The service was impeccable as well (ask for my girl Keisha)!The drinks were definitely worth the try!
Saturday afternoon lunch hit the spot after a long walk to the pier and around downtown. Highly suggest the sampler appetizer and the salad with the chicken pictured here. Can’t remember the name of it but it was similar to the Greek but had sun dried tomatoes in it as well. Outdoor dog friendly seating available.
