Fast Food Burgers

Wendy's is terrible. About the junk food in the world, I think they have the worst burgers anywhere. It is fast food though, so you can't expect the whole lot.

We have stopped here many times. There service was really fast. However, our order was messed up along with multiple others as well. They have added ordering kiosks that helped with the faster service but not all of them were working which created lines both at kiosks and the regular lines. The manager was constantly fixing orders to make them right and you could see her frustration. The fries were cold and stale which was surprising for the lunch rush. I would expect them to be hot and fresh just by the turnover alone. I will be back again and will re-evaluate the next time and maybe it will be better.

Out of chocolate frostys.Manager said they don't carry buffalo sauceNo place to get ketchupWe ordered 10 chicken nuggets and they gave us a chicken sandwich.A friend ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich they were advertising. Not only did they not have the sweet and spicy sauce that is signature to the sandwich, but it was cold.

By far the worst Wendy's I have ever patronized... I realize that getting food at a Turnpike service plaza is the roll of the dice at times but this crew who is operating this Wendy's move at their own pace and are not mindful of food quality control.I had genuine concerns that I might get sick because the food what's room temperature from the short walk from the service counter out to the parking lot right took a bite out of the hamburger and the rest of the order got cold very quickly!!Whoever's in charge of these people either retrain them or replace them!!

Enjoyed some Paella drinks was all good

I went here because there wasn't a Burger King or McDonald's. I don't care for Wendy's, but since I had no other choice I decided to go. There was a new burbon burger sandwich that looked good in the picture so I thought I'd try it. When I asked for some extra sauce on the sauce the girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me. She had a horrible attitude. When I asked for ketchup I thought she was going to hit the wall. The sandwich, which looked nothing like the picture (but then again, do they ever?) Did taste pretty good but it was lacking in ingredients. I will not return here.

Cashier, Nancy, was rude as heck.I ordered 3 chili's, and she said "out of chili"She saw the look of disappointment in my face, roller her eyes and said "what else would you like... You're holding up my line"I ordered a baked potato and she responded saying "out of that too.... can't help you there either bud"So I ordered a burger. Asked for a side of Buffalo sauce. Rolled her eyes again and said "all o have is ghost pepper ... take it or leave it, doesn't matter to me"Pretty thrown back by that.Wouldn't typically leave a bad review, but hopefully management sees this and offers a re-training opportunity.Even though this location is just a truck stop with people coming in and out all day long regardless of the service offered, I'm sure Dave (rest his soul) still expects the same high standards of customer service he founded his organization on.

The worst experience is when the help gets to decide when they are closed. I believe ethnic boundaries were crossed when the 2 white men at the end of the line were denied service. Did mngt say close at 620? I do know that I won't be dining at was once my favorite fast food chain henceforth.

Forgot my chili, so we went back for them to correct my order. Then they didn't give me a spoon. The food was lukewarm. The counter gentleman was kind even though he seemed overwhelmed.

Went over to Wendy's to get something to eat since my sandwich from Duncan donuts was not good. The fries were hot but the chicken nuggets were cold and hard. They were old.
