Usually we wait 10 minutes to get our food but the lady in front of us ordered then called a friend to order 5 more dinners then she got another call for 3 more dinners. This was crazy fir someone to place an order then make the people behind you wait, call it in. Anyway, they took our order 1 Tijana Chicken burrito with large salsa and 1 Cheese Quesadilla large refried beans with medium soda and 2 large refried beans to go. We were eating in. The refried beans are for my lunch for the week. We got there early 11:52 am on Mother's Day. Only 4 tables filled, not really busy yet. Almost 30mins later our order arrived. He was very happy with his meal, thank you very much. My cheese was not melted, but my refried beans were awesome. I said I will just dip it into my beans. Thank you for a great meal, I will continue to come here just not on a holiday.
Food was great as always. This time I tried their flautas and boy, they give a generous amount , worth the price.
If you’re looking to feed a family of squirrels or ants this is the place to go if you are looking to feed regular sized people don’t go here their portions are disproportioned.
This place blows chipotle and moes out of the water. Literally will only be coming back here whenever I get the craving for tacos or anything related. It was our first time at this location and the staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Can't wait to try even more food here since they got shrimp now!
Always great food however when you order through the app, there's no connection with the restaurant as far as timing. They had TWO people working Valentine's day so they were severely backed up but the app still tells you the standard 22 minute meal prep time. They were doing the best they could but there was a ton of people waiting. Felt bad for them ?
It's been a while since I ate at a Tijuana Flats. First time at this location. Friendly staff. Quick and accurate service. Familiar taco shack decor. Familiar hot sauce bar. The food was mediocre. I remember it being better. The chips and guac appetizer was ginormous. The chips crisp and tasty, the guac dense and bland. My companion ordered a salad with refried beans. Nothing special there. I had the Chipotle Chicken Chimichanga. Soggy and bland. Aren't chimi's supposed to be a little crisp? Both of us thought the margaritas were the worst. Get bottled beer instead. Verdict: you can get better food for less money elsewhere.
Good location and has reasonably priced food. I like their burritos a little more than Chipotle personally and their sauce bar is extensive. It's not real Mexican food but a good texmex type place.
Got the order wrong once again! Why can't people read the ticket? Had to go back and get it made again because kids working here are too busy talking instead of checking the order. Not even an apology for making me drive back 6 miles to get the right food. Poor customer service, and not the first time they got it wrong.
Disappointed.Waited too long for our food.Chicken taco was runny. I guess they don't ask if you need anything anymore no refills, no to go containers etc.Walked by us and never asked. I'm not sure who the mask rule is for on there website but its not for the workers.
Management is amazing! We ordered through the app and unfortunately the door dash driver could not find our address even though it was clear on the bag. We just wanted our food so we called and the manager was on point and super nice she took off the delivery fee and tip and when we picked up from the restaurant she informed up she refunded us the whole amount which we were not expecting. Amazing customer service and we will be getting food from there more often! Thanks again i wish i would of remembered her name she is awesome.
