Normally I don't post reviews because I understand how customer service can be. But let me just say how horrible this Taco Bell location is. 1st, the drive thru line was almost wrapped around the entire building and it took like 15 mins for each vehicle to get their food. 2nd, when I finally got to order my food no one greeted me at the intercom. I had to say excuse me about 4 times before someone rudely answered the intercom. 3rd, when I went to pay there were 3 teenage girls standing my the door ignoring that I was there waiting to pay for my food. When they finally decided to take my money, the lady was rude didn't offer me anything with my food like sauces or anything and then it took like 10 mins before I finally got my food handed to me after paying. And finally, when I was able to start eating my food everything was stone cold, my cheese quesadillia didn't have any of the spicy sauce it's supposed to have and it tasted like it's been sitting there for 30 mints. Honestly never going back to this location if this is how they are gonna treat their customers
I have provided plenty opportunities for the location to prove me wrong, however they failed all of them. Lately my drive through order was totally wrong. Contacted manager, he apologized and offered to replace. Went back, this time another manager on duty (so unfriendly), order replaced. When back home order wrong again! Called staff they blamed me for picking up the wrong order they handled to my own hands! I did ask and the manager pointed it was my order!Dissatisfied and disappointed requested manager Norberto or Adam the owner to contact me. Still waiting for a call. ??♀️
I just made a 1 star review for the other st. Cloud taco bell this morning.But this one is so much better. Its clean and everyone is so kind. The gal is literally cleaning tables after every customer. And taking orders with a smile.
Every time I come here they seem very disorganized and running behind on filling their orders. It’s frustrating since I will order ahead and they still won’t have the order ready and then the workers are rude or don’t know what’s going on.
I usually get food from here and it's good fast and convenient and ig ordered on a wrong day. Because there was hair in my food. Everyone makes mistakes ??♀️ I am disgusted and did want a refund but I decided to call and inform them about it. Hopefully this will not happen again to anybody (i will also like to add that the manager was very sweet understanding and considering towards my feed back good management other the hair)
We live 20 minutes away and he got home and had 3 tortilla quesadilla. No cheese no meat just grilled tortillas. I usually don't have an issue with them but today sucked.
Very kind employees and good food the place was very nice clean when we were there, although they forgot part of our order we understood because it was busy when we came in, after we explained to them the misunderstanding they kindly helped us out.Overral great place
We just ordered Gordita crunch, two soft tacos, Crunchwrap supreme with no tomato or lettuce and two hard tacos. We got two hard tacos, two soft tacos, no Gordita crunch and a crunch wrap supreme with about two tbsp of meat no sour cream, no tortilla inside and no cheese….basically a tortilla. Paid $20+ for food that was empty and wrong. Who credits this back because this is ridiculous
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Had a problem at the drive thru and asked to speak to manager. Manager stayed in bathroom and would not come out even though several employees kept telling her customers were waiting to speak to her. After repeating the order at the intercom and in person, they still got the order wrong and we didn’t receive all that we paid for. The person at the drive thru window needs some customer service training because she doesn’t listen to what is being told to her, she’s argumentative and rude. She threw the taco in the bag, basically threw the bag at me then closed the window. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! I contacted their corporate office as soon as I got home. Didn’t notice they only had 1.5 stars on yelp, now I see why.
Went here on a Saturday night, they were so busy in the drive thru. My order got messed up, I went in and talked to the manager. She was very sweet and kind. She remade my order quickly to get me on my way. They only had about 3 employees on staff and 1 manager. Be patient and kind while visiting places because you never know if they have a full staff. they’re working their hardest to accommodate customers. Thank you for the great experience!
