12/12/21-11:30am Best subway I have had the pleasure of visiting. Got three sandwiches to go and was fresh fast and delicious. Employee was fast and pleasant. Fresh bread and cookies were baked perfect.
Messed up 3 orders . Mgr was rude and would not help me resolve the issues. I will drive all the way into town so I can go to a much better Subway.
I don’t know how Subway keep in business. Terrible food. Doesn’t even taste real. Plus the service is pretty crappy too.
2nd best subway in town
This is definitely one of my most favorite Subway shops here in the city of Saint Cloud. It's located next to a really good little Chinese restaurant and the Publix in South Saint Cloud. Everything is always fresh and they've usually got everything on a hand in available to order which I've noticed is a pretty big problem with a lot of the other ones. The store also tends to honor coupons and promotions longer than they really need to just to take care of the customer base so very highly recommended.
Best fast food service I have ever received at the Subway, I came in at 3 for my lunch break to find 2 employees quickly restocking the food service station. Before they took my order they informed me that they were out of green peppers and the Aqua Frescas, these two were very apologetic. Their names were Daniel and Lani, I asked what was good and they both suggested their new Rotisserie Chicken Bacon ranch sub, also some of the freshest bread I have ever gotten from a subway, this was one of the best subs I have ever had. They served me as quick as possible, I made sure to thank them for the great service they provided. I also had the pleasure to sit at one of the cleanest subways I have ever been in, these 2 definitely deserve a raise for keeping this place to neat and tidy. I would also like to give a thank you to The Manager Neisha Haskins for finding these 2 wonderful people to be my servers and keeping the customers safe by wearing face masks and keeping COVID 19 regulations. I will definitely be back for more.
I just witnessed an AMAZING employee at work! I wish I would have got her name. I just went to the subway at 3360 Canoe Creek Rd Bldg B. St. Cloud, FL 34772 on 7/21/2021 at 8pm. There was just one young lady working by herself. When I first walked in she was helping one family and 2 families in front of me and one right after me. While I was there I saw her help each family and a mobile order in between with PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY A SMILE!! NOT one second did she ever show any frustration, ever complained or showed any stress with all the people there waiting to put orders. Oh and by the way when I was being helped about 3 more families walked in and she still handled herself in an AMAZING WAY!!! I just had to put this review. Because so many times, employees start showing frustration, complaining or stress whenever a line starts forming. She is the type of person I would want working for me! If Subway isn't careful I might steal her away lol. People like that are hard to find. And I have been at that location a few times and usually have a much different experience. So I hope this review gets back to this young lady and she gets rewarded for being so Professional under pressure. GREAT JOB YOUNG LADY!!! I'm sorry I didn't get your name. This place is stingy AF with their toppings... i bought a foot long and barely got anything on it. Same individuals as the previous review.
These two employees had no bread only wheat and wraps and they moved so slow like they were high Dan and Jon were horrible.... Asked me at the end... "can I get you anything else" but how can you ask that if you have don't have anything to offer. Where is the manager I couldn't stay around any longer to ask... They probably wouldn't know anyway
Had a great time visiting in the middle of my break from work - Amy was very friendly and welcoming. I haven't been to a subway in a long time and she was quick to help walk me through the process and walk me through all the options. Will definitely be stopping by more often. :)
