Tried calling 4-5 times to try to get an update and they won’t answer the phone after having our order postponed over and over for over an hour. We finally went and grabbed it from the store and the sandwiches were not at all correct. We paid for double protein and got barely even a normal portion of meat. Asked for extra toppings and got barely any. The sandwiches were mostly bread. Will not be using this location again. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up the toppings but it will be the last. Go to a different location.
The last 2 times I’ve ordered delivery, they have not added the drink. Nobody answers when you call
I had the best experience today with the employee who did my 4 footlongs today. This guy did an excellent service today at 5pm Subway near Windixie he also is bilingual perfect english and spanish. 5 stars for this guy!!! Congratulations
Ordered door dash and my bread wasn’t even toasted and I ordered buffalo chicken and got just plain chicken .
They always have one person working. I don't have the time to wait in line for 30 + minutes. There should be at least two ppl working at all times. It's a joke. I wish the owners of the franchise would come work for a week in their shoes. God awful.
Subway is a place that you can always count on getting a great sandwich at a good price mine was delicious

Great service and all employees are wearing masks ?
I ordered a sub on line for quick service. I went in to pick it up. I was not more than 2 seconds and on my way out the door when I was informed by an employee "next time you need to wear a mask". I politely told her there will be no next time. I am fully vaccinated and per our governor I am not required to wear a mask. Employees need to be instructed masks are a personal option. I DO NOT NEED TO WEAR A MASK!!
