Ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso which is my favorite drink at another Starbucks is in Orlando. Upon receiving the cup, I saw it looked too light but I gave it a shot. It was nothing but milk and tasted like it didn’t have espresso at all. I had to drive back to my town Saint Cloud and thought about getting another one since I couldn’t drink the one I previously paid for. The staff was very understanding and after sharing my story, I received another drink with no questions asked on the house. The drink looked perfect when I received. Perfect foam on top and beautiful blend of coffee and milk like it’s supposed to! Tasted delicious! Thank you Saint Cloud Starbucks! You made my day!
They always make my order right. The employees here are super nice too. Support your local starbies!! ☕
Went to Starbucks today and the coffee was horrible. My Salted Caramel Cold Brew was nasty. The customer service was mediocre. I will drive the couple extra miles to the new Starbucks if this is what I’m going to get. Your coffee isn’t cheap to be nasty.
Poor excuse for a 5 dollar sandwich. Had to cook more bacon to put on it. I'll drive past yours and try the new one by the turnpike. Do better

How can you go wrong with starbucks. They have new flavors for the Christmas Holiday along with their many favorites. I always switch up and try a new drink. The staff is very polite and efficient
Visited yesterday and as usual they were super busy. Indoors were closed due to staff shortages yet the limited team there shined. Morgan who was working the drive thru was super friendly, had a smile on her face and even asked how I was doing in the mist of the stress inside. Thank you for your services!
This team is incredible. I went there today (day after Christmas) and it was SLAMMED. They had so many orders and were working so fast to get them all fulfilled. Very grateful for the people at this location!
WAy to slow need to move faster. Have more than one person making drinks for mobile and in store orders. Worst service today ever. Waited over 20 mins and never got what I ordered had to get a refund
