Never mess up my order , food is always still hot when i get it home. Cool since i live past their delivery zone.
Expensive! $84 and change for the family box/meal.Ok....I had a large cheese pizza for my grandkids and the rectangular box had 2 square pies. 1 pepperoni, other 1 sausage. A, ah! Bowl of chicken alfredo and two 12 wings bowls....I'm sorry people, you think thats Allright.....go for it!.. oh! Pies were somewhat over cooked and the spread of the toppings.. .not impressive. Again........Nooooh!

I ordered honey bbq traditional and they were plain but labeled with sauce choice. I ordered the big dinner box with breadsticks but received cheese sticks.
Normally the food is hot, even warm, but pizza and bonless wings were cold, delivered a little past time, maybe driver got lost. It was still good reheated.
Offer coupons or discounts periodically. Even with hit rewards we are spending almost eighty dollars every time we order from you. (Which is usually once a week) It is getting harder to continue to do this on a fixed income. Your employees are usually polite at time of pick up. Thank you for your concern and wanting to always try and make things better.
Delivery charge is a little high. Between that and a decent tip you add 10.00 to total. Delivery was awesome and on time.
Usually never have an issue. Just for the future, ringing the door bell and/or knocking on the door is a super helpful way to let someone know their pizza is there. Unhelpful is dropping the pizza off and just leaving without notification to the customer and the pizza sitting outside for 45 minutes.
Crust was perfect, butter garlic flavor was great. We especially like a hand tossed crust. We asked for extra sauce but it didn't seem to be very saucey.Toppings of chicken, bacon, onion, mushrooms and black olives was a good combo.
