Went recently very poor selection and some of the flavors were thin, staff was kind and location kept clean a shame they didnt have more to chose from.
It is lovely and clean. Product is always fresh. 1 star for customer service by the owner. I had an issue that was not settled in any way. Wrong Birthday Cake.
I had a very negative experience at Menchie's. Their customer service is terrible. What's most disappointing; the owner was the worst of all, he didn't even care. I will not be returning.
Extremely overpriced. Do NOT get a smoothie. I paid $8 for a small smoothie. They weighed it with the cap and spoon after adding tons of milk. The worker kept telling me to fill up my cup more with yogurt so I kept doing it while she added milk. She never said it was going to cost more to keep adding yogurt. I didn’t know they were weighing it, that would’ve been good to know in the beginning. It ended up being too thick I couldn’t even drink it. Will never come back.
Worker was very rude and abrassive toward my sister with special needs. I looked away for a second and she ate 2 marshmellows that were in her cup and was scolded by the employee . There is a right and wrong way of dealing with customers and this was 100% wrong. I'd rather drive further than to ever come back to this establishment.
I usually come to this one but haven't been here in awhile and the young lady who works here with redish hair looks so depressed and not even greeting people as they walk in. Very sad this is usually a family kid place and she looks like I walked in with a zombie at the register. No smile barely answering questions. Probably the last time I will be here if this is who they hire.
Employees aren’t happy at all. Hours of operations are NOT GOOD. As a franchise product is the same at any place. The store is not in good condition. Sad to see

First time munchies lady here! I loves that I could make my own and so did 7 year old. We were staying on the opposite part of town and my fro yo did not make it home! That's a compliment to the product!
Never been and very pleased with first visit. Clean location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice variety of toppings but the freshness is what I appreciate.
