Never gets the order right, either missing items completely or things not made properly even with a tag showing what was ordered. They also do not understand kitchen cleanliness or cross contamination as they took my wrongly made burger back into the kitchen after o touched it to make it correctly. It’s a recurrent situation as drive thru it’s usually backed up after 9 pm. I walked inside to see if I can get my order but noticed the lack of customer service as they are all playing around talking laughing and not really caring that they are backed up on the line. Walked in and no one greets you and they Just see you and some even rolled theirs eyes. I can hear them screaming in the back laughing. Spent about 20 minutes sitting in the lobby as there was another family way before me sittting as well waiting way longer than me. The only thing you hear coming from the kitchen is laughs and fowl language cursing and all. Very disappointed how this younger employees just don’t seem to appreciate work. I come from a line of fast food restaurant myself and valued my clients from the time they came in to the time they left.Very disappointed with how they handle the McDonald at canoe creek road in St. Cloud.
I waited in line for 20 to 25 min and made my order. When I get to the window to pay the lady at the window tells me that she just dropped the ATM or ECard reader on the floor and could not charge me. She asked me if I had cash and I told her I did not. She proceeded to give my card back and say sorry and sent me on my way. I started to leave and I reversed and asked her if she could just charge me with one of the machines in the front, which seems like and obvious and reasonable solution, but she said “no, I can not.” This was horrible. How is it my fault that she dropped and broke the machine and did not know how to reset it. I waited 25 min to order and did not get any food and the best you can say is “this broke, I am sorry”. What were you going to do with the food I already ordered, throw it away? Don't restaurants have a budget of loss for these types of situations? The least you guys could have done was give me the food; Even if it was for free and at a loss to you. My family was hungry, I waited 25 min to go home emptied handed. This was very incorrectly managed or better said, not managed at all. What a horrible experience!
Slow on curbside, order wrong,fries not even close to being large size. Had to ask them to recheck order twice and they had to make 4 more cheeseburgers.
If you want a burger with no meat patty or a combo without the sandwhich this is the mcdonalds to go to. They constantly mess up orders and if they do get it right the food usually tastes like its been under a heat lamp for 48 hours
Typical fast food , sometimes overcooked. Often looks like they threw it on the bun with eyes shut. 2 out of 5 times they get something wrong on the order. Rated it 3 out of 10 in service and quality.
I been to many mcds in the united states this mcds is the worst i have been to employees are lost and lazzy youre employees need more training on work ethic and customer service.
