I stopped eating at McDonald’s so long ago. I remember why now, after visiting this location today.McDonald’s consistently screws up your order, give you old food, soggy fries and are slow for “fast food”CUSTOMER SERVICE is always terribleThis goes for this location and every other location I’ve EVER visited
I ordered via the McDonald's app and was surprised by how efficient the service was when I arrived in store to pick up my order. Especially being that I dislike pepper with a passion, and always order my quarter pounders specially made so they have to cook it fresh to omit adding their seasoning to the patty. (I swear I'm really not a Karen... This is the only item in the world Im like this with. I just need to insure my burger is edible ???). I got my food hot and fresh made exactly the way I had ordered it; which should not be an extraordinary feat, yet I find that damn near every fast food order I place is served to me having at least one issue, so good job on that McD's!
Placed a door dash order....no straws...no fries with any of my 3 meals.....they really put sandwiches in a huge bag and sent it out...i called and the "gm" and she WAS NOT sorry just told me to get a refund from door dash...normally i wouldn't complain but we had to order food elsewhere because over half of it was missing and what we did get was dry and not edible!
My child wanted a happy meal for a certain toy so as I was purchasing the meal I asked if we could get that toy if possible and the cashier just blankly looked at me and said there was no way to tell which toy was which I said ok and got the meal only to find a toy in a clear wrapper, and as petty as this complaint seems its still not as petty as the answer I received from this worker. To many others to go to happy with thier jobs than return to this lack luster crew.
They ALWAYS get your order wrong, also usually give you hard stale frys or fresh unsalted. Eeeewwwww. Customer service is VERY poor. I wish they fire and rehire the entire crew.
Menu has gotten smaller. I could not find on their menu the order I wanted after I asked they told me that they do still serve the big breakfast it is just not on the menu. I did not like this.
I'm editing my review due to sitting in the drive through number 1 reserved for 15 min waiting for 6 Sundays... This is utterly ridiculous.
Very slow in the drive thru. Both lines backed all the way down to the front of the store. Fish sandwich was excellent it was hot and it tasted very good and iced coffees are perfect as well. I could understand long lines if it were dinner time but it was not it was in mid-afternoon. Also the employees need to tell cars to move up instead of keeping a whole car in between them and the person in front of them when they get up to the window that's a little ridiculous when somebody could be putting in their order and they got to sit and wait because somebody doesn't want to move up. But the employees were very nice very polite especially for being in a rush they were very composed and nice
Great place with great employees,even rough one of their machines was not working they were kindly able to help us and that was appreciated I definitely recommend
The experience was very frustrating early in the morning because I repeated my order 8x and yet it was wrong . I ordered on the right side speaker and the order was popping up on the left side screen . I went to the 1st window tried to confirm my order and it was wrong the cashier "fixed it" but at the 2nd window I checked my order and it was wrong . Who sells a Sausage sandwich WITHOUT sausage ??♀️ and the lame excuses that I was given were a joke . I spoke so loud that the manager heard me and did why I asked 17x later and did not show the face . Heads up if you woke up in a good mood DO NOT GO TO Mc Donald's near Orlando Health on 192 St Cloud , because they will kill your vibe . ?
