After work today approximately 6pm I ordered a large cheese pizza over the phone. So I went in to wait for my order that said to be completed in 20mins but that was the least of my problem. The problem is me and another customer saw the manager in the parking lot under his hood putting oil in his car. Moments later he walked through the back door put his bag down and immediately went table to place pizza in boxes. Me and the other looked at each other both noticing that the manager did not wash his hands. So me being serve safe certified I called him over and asked him to wash his hands. While speaking with him I looked at his and notice black substance on his hands all the while he to me that he was touching the pizza with hands and he was using the pizza spatula. I told him I did not matter you are dealing with food and can you please wash his hands.The manager needs further training as you should lead by example. I will never eat here again.
My family and I always order from Marcos. Today we ordered pizza, salad and cinnamon buns. It was ordered at 8:42 pm and delivered at 10:06 pm. Food was cold and salad had a fly, yes u read that right a fly.Totally unacceptable, do not order from them, they just lost my business.
This location is the worst. I have ordered many times from this location and lately it has been horrible. One person working and no drivers. I went to pick up Pizza 45 mins and it still wasn’t even made. I will not be patronizing this Marcos going forward. I spend about $100 a week due to my family size. I will take my business elsewhere because it’s not appreciated at this location
Pizza looked better than it tasted. It also set us back about $25. I'm dissapointed this is what passed for pizza. Also the pizza was cold when it was delivered to us. Not sure I will be ordering again from here.
Ordered pizza and a salad last night. My husband made them redo the salad since it looked liked leftovers from someone else. The pizza once again horrible. No sauce at all on the pizza. It was just cheese and a little of the other toppings. Used to love your product…now disappointingly horrible.
I'm so grateful they opened this Marcos Pizza place because it's the only place they do the old world pepperoni so if you've never tried it your missing out on a delicious taste.
This location can be hit and miss. We got a pizza a few weeks ago that was not very good but then got one last night that was great. Love Marcos pizza but wish it was a little more consistent

Found this in our pizza and were told they were busy. Busy doesn’t make jewelry into food. I was more disgusted by the response to my call than I was about the cooking. So, horrible food and very horrible customer service.
