Everytime I come here, they either just ran out of whatever I intended to order, or, my order is made differently than every other KFC makes it. For example, I'll order a Famous Bowl, and everything is the same as usual, except the chicken in it is always ripped up pieces of tenders instead of the popcorn chicken used at every other KFC in the world. I may have been amenable to the change if it had tasted similar or better, but unfortunately, no such luck.
Great fresh products and excellent customer experience. Locations like this one make KFC such a resilient franchise. Very friendly and willing to satisfied customer needs. Different of other locations, this one provides fresh chicken, maybe one piece over an hour old. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. Definitely a KFC location to set a part.
Each of my four visits have been consecutively worse the latest of which included not only just totally cooked food but employees not bothering to pay attention to whats said not even through the drive through even when being double checked they give a "uhuh" without compregending anything giving us a totally wrong order. that is compounded by an inept managerial staff. id give it a 0/5 if google would let me dont reccomend even as a last resort
Stopped at drive thru on the way home from work. Realized when I got home I had gotten the wrong order. I called and the manager asked if I could run back up. Luckily I dont live far. She went out of her way to correct the situation, all in such a pleasant manner. Thank you!
Quick but the chicken wasn't cook correctly.
They mixed the gravy with mash potatoes who does that I under stand when you get home but in the mash bowl
Food was bad and it took at least 5 minutes before I was noticed as I was leaving, so I stopped and ordered, got home to eat it, and chucked was ice cold and very greasy, potatoes were scalding hot. I enjoyed my fountain root beer. No napkins, plastic ware, not going back.
Haven’t been to KFC in awhile; was pleasantly surprised that it was fresh & delicious ! Got the two piece meal w/ fries, biscuit & a drink. The drive thru was fast & friendly! Would recommend this location!
I will never Oder from this place ever. I order 12 piece with mashed potatoes, coleslaw and fries. When I got home, all I got was an 8 piece, mashed potatoes and fries. I was missing a coleslaw and 4 pieces of chicken. When I called back they tried to give me attitude. I don’t know if they can’t count but I don’t think I deserve this kind of attitude especially when I wasted 18 miles to find out I didn’t get what I ordered. I don’t recommend this place to anybody.
