Very rude staff. Very obvious 1 young lady was having a very bad day. Very poor customer service.
I can't explain it, but someone hacked my account and stole my credit for 2 free subs. When I brought this up at the store they did nothing and offered nothing for an answer. This was after I showed them that the person who stole this was in California. Haven't been back since, and this is a place I would go to in Lake Mary once or more times a week from my work. You would think they could offer some kind of solution. Worst service I've ever had for a problem.
When calling to put in an order in, the phone number went to a North Carolina location instead of this one.
There were 4 people ordering but it took them quite a bit of time to make the sandwiches

Good service first people there today and they were on point. One of the better fast food sandwich shops out there. I would eat there again
Same just a little short staffed which of course is not unusual the floor was not that clean but like I said understand there was only two and they had a big order and don't put your hands on the counter my husband put his hand on the counter and was told not to put his hand on the counter but whatever but the food was good first time we had ever been there
Proportion and presentation was awesome on the Sub the only thing I didn't like was the taste of the meat it tastes like a steakum. If they had read the ticket correctly and added my grilled onions It probably would have been good
Don't go to this Jersey Mike's. Five staff members have contracted Covid including my wife. The GM knowingly returned to work after only 4 days of taking a positive at home test putting other's in jeopardy.
