Everything was awful, my first and only time here. Took 30+ mins to get our food from order. I pointed at what my granddaughter and I wanted but, the price is only good from 3-8 and the waitress said nothing about it. McD's would have been a better option !! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. St Cloud, Fl. Everything was cold as well.
I highly recommend this IHOP due to the staff going above and beyond for their customers. I was sort of in a rush this morning to get to work And I told the waitress that I was in a rush and instead of her telling me that there's not much she can do because the place is packed, she instead told me, let me take a look at what I can do and within 10 minutes she brought out my food And I was able to get to work on time! Now that's what I call service, Oh and the food was fantastic ?
Food was fast, at temperature, and as ordered. Service was attentive and efficient. Children’s menu has good selection at reasonable price.
It's a good place to eat but the bowl I ordered recently was not that satisfying. Had way to much cheese and veggies and not enough rice. Felt like I was eating clumps of cheese. Asked for it discounted and they ended up taking it off the bill so it was appreciated.Would still come back for breakfast though.
Enjoyed a late breakfast, food was good. Restaurant and the restroom was clean. Our server Mariana was awesome, thank you for your service girl.
Tried placing a Mobil order and the system said this restaurant was not taking online orders at this time, tried calling and spent 18 minutes on the line until I got tired of waiting and had to Hung up, went in and there were only two full tables , they were not even busy and staff gossiping in the kitchen gave me the impression that they were fully staffed, I even had to get their attention to come and take my order. I must say the only positive was being helped by THALIA, she was very professional and looked like she was the only employee wanting to do her job. Thank you Thalia

Actually had quite a few bad experiences at other IHOP restaurants recently and had decided against going back anymore. But the family wanted it so...we went. Pleasantly surprised. This location was very good.
We arrived early in the morning, so we were the only customers in the entire restaurant.. We did have to wait quite some time to be seated as it appeared as though no one was available to seat us; but once the gentleman who was to become our server walked out of the prep area, things went smoothly from then on. The food was great, it was out quickly and we were pleased with the overall experience.
My food was horrible from them cooking it up to me eating. Worse ever
