TELL ME HOW… I’m at the drive thru no one answers, I go “hello” then she replied “hold on” waited 5 mins more then she came asked “how can I help you” I asked for two iced coffees and she said “I’m sorry but our blender machine is broken right now” DO YOU EVEN BLEND ICE COFFEE??? You don’t! I didn’t ask for a frozen coffee just regular iced coffee.. so I asked “so you don’t have any iced coffee” and she DIDNT ANSWER.. like I stayed there for a good 2 mins saying “hellooo” “anyone there” ??!!! Absolutely CRAZY is the only way I can describe it! Wow wow wow
This was the second time that I’ve showed up and they have no donuts. It’s 11:30am and they stated in the morning, we only make a certain batch and once the donuts run out, that’s it from there. So from 11:30am till closing, no donuts!?! Whats the reason to have DUNKIN DONUTS open, when u have no donuts and only carry 4 kinds. Never fails! Definitely won’t be returning.
I’ve been coming here for the past year it’s chaotic and been through a lot but the main staff that has lasted is the best and nicest I’ve metAlways ready to do what they can for there customersOne bad thing about this smaller locations is there donuts once there out there out unless you get lucky and a manger or shift manger is there that knows how to make moreIn short gotta get there early or call ahead for donuts especially during the weekend
I would give this place half a star if available. I ordered 3 donuts (Jelly, Vanilla Creme and Strawberry w/ Sprinkles) and they gave me 3 Jelly donuts. I ordered Strwberry Dragonfruit (Never Recieved) Medium Ice Coffee 3 cream and 5 sugars (and got a large cup of cream only, no COFFEE). Iced Chai Latte (the item was correct). Will never order here again as this is not the first time that it happens.

I came here wishing for a good experience, got the opposite. Staff were polite and friendly but the food wasn’t. They got our order wrong…my brother order a bacon egg and cheese bagel with ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE, he got cheese. We repeated”NO CHEESE” multiple times and still got the cheese. We also ordered donuts which was perfect and then they put my donut facing downwards so the frosting was all messed up.
They never have the doughnuts we want and always mess the order up...today we waited in line for what seemed like for ever just to find out they didn't have what we ordered (again) and they got our coffee order completely wrong (again). How this place is still open is beyond me.
The slowest service ever & I canceled the entire order. Had us waiting over 10 minutes for coffee & tea. They had no one to make the drinks. Money back please
Ordered a french Vanilla Latte thru drive thru and received only frothed Milk. Please be careful when handling drinks to customers.
i would give this place a zero if i could. i told the lady my order 3 times - a medium caramel iced coffee whole milk and sugar - the lady told me they didn’t have whole milk and had regular milk - regular milk is whole milk so she probably needs to be educated on the drinks at Dunkin - pulled up to the window and gave me an iced chai latte - told her that was not my order and then made another drink - that one was the holiday blend with 2 creams also not my drink - i told her again this was not my order - she then proceeded to call me baby and say that she knows what i ordered - very disrespectful and i think she needs to be taught customer service - horrible service and i didn’t even get my drink
