What kind of donut shop runs out of donuts and donut holes or whatever they call them? You are open until 9PM you should always have donuts and donut holes.
Amazing coffee and donuts! It’s the right place for the right time on the right occasion… I’ve been a fan for many years and will be always! Hot coffee original is slamming awesome and their food items are just delicious… I especially love the snackin bacon… yummy ?… my coffee is always hot the way I like it and sometimes I’ll upgrade to a latte… but nothing like the original that’s for sure…
Wish I could leave a ZERO RATING. I stopped in and bought two Boston cream with chocolate frosting and two lemon filled donuts to take home. Paid $4.96 for 4 donuts. My wife went to take them out of the bag and found no paper separating them and the Boston cream with the chocolate frosting had been placed frosting side down on the bottom of the bag, so naturally all the frosting was on the bottom of the bag leaving nothing on the donut, A TOTAL SQUISHED MESS. On top of this the donuts were gummy and lacked any filling, just a tiny smear. NEVER AGAIN!
Don't know what is up with this DD first time I know the kid kept one of my gift cards tgat had atleast $15 on it. Who knows if it was on purpose.But today they wouldn't give my husband half of my order nine of the dozen donuts I ordered & paid for on the app.He told them he's missing half the order still,he tells my husband that he needs to bring my phone up there and SHOW THEM.Are you kidding me! So I had to go drop what I was doing and go all the way up there to get my kids donuts! The manager proceeds to say I don't know why they didn't give you your whole order its right here! Well then why don't you talk & train your employees?!They could at least given a voucher or free donuts,the app is supposed to be convenient but it's second time they been a major inconvenience.The price and wait time has went up so I've just been going next door to Star bucks due to the professionalism , and without being a major inconvenience.And DD prices going upbthey won't be able to compete anymore.

Their coffee is good but I waited in line for 25 minutes. I was so frustrated but I love Dunkin coffee more than Starbucks. So I waited. Longest I’ve ever waited before. The line just wasn’t moving
Was charged for a large and got this. This is like the third time this happened so I won’t be returning. This location has gone to s$;t.
I was extremely pleased with the service and attention from the ordering intercome to the window . Love their smiles and great attitude and not to forget to get me exactly what I ordered . Thank you Dunkin Team you guys are better than McDonalds ????
Went in today CHRISTMAS morning, everything was fine until I got home. I got a dozen doughnuts and asked for 3 VANILLA CREAM FILLED for my daughter (those are her favorite) and got 3 BAVARIAN CREAM! "THOSE ARE NASTY" she said. I checked and yes, they're not what I POINTED and told the kid. I do feel bad cause they have to work on CHRISTMAS DAY but come on really! So let's se what they tell me cause I have a NOT SO CHRISTMASY girl. Thank you DUNKIN!
Every time me and my husband come to this Dunkin they always give us burnt food that doesn't taste good at all and since when do they charge for a pup cup I've been going to this Dunkin for 8 months now and they recently started charging me when they never used to this is ridiculous and this issue needs to be resolved or I'm going to start going to Starbucks
