Horrible service! I went inside and once I said my order the lady at the front counter instantly rolled her eyes and scoffed. She was very short and rude when speaking to me and once I got my order it wasn't even correct ( which I only ordered 1 item) . I worked in fast food before. I know some days are harder then others and some items are a pain to make! But I would never treat a customer with such attitude. Remember you choose to work there! I just hope she has a better day.
Just went through the drive through (2:30pm) whoever is working the drive through right now needs to be trained ASAP!! I’m a regular & always tip a $1 or $2 ALWAYS, even when paying with the app. But today after my app was scanned your employee ASKED ME TO LEAVE HIM A TIP! How tacky is that! I’m disgusted. Please teach your employees better, it was a young boy working the window, I really hope he isn’t doing this to everyone it’s embarrassing
I really don’t know why I keep coming back here….. it is so close to the house there is one about three minutes down the road in Narcoossee and I much rather go to that one the lines are a lot longer on that one but at least they get my order right I have yet to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts on 13th St. and they never get my order correct on the first try I’m tired of having to park and come in so they can fix my order and get attitude from three women that have no patience. Please save yourself time and drive three more minutes up the road and go to the one in Narcoossee Rd.
They are amazing, This place always makes my food correct and my coffee is perfect every time I come! Staff are super friendly too!!!
Very disappointed in the appearance. Not a customer in there. Counter by the napkins crumbs all over, counter with stools very dirty.chairs by the round tables too dirty full of crumbs to want to sit there. Tables dirty. Under one round table so dirty on floor even dirty napkin under table. Dirty floor etc etc. It was terrible. There is no excuse for that when there r people behind the counter just Standing there talking and no customers.wanted to order and sit but not in there with it so dirty
Please PLEEEEASE make more double chocolate donuts and munchkins for the days!!! They are my favorite and every time I go to get some, there’s never any! :(
Took my grandson in to pick out a couple of dozen donuts for his softball team.The employee was very patient as my grandson selectively made his choices.Very clean location.
So I was charged for oat milk lied to my face and still given regular milk. Couldn't drink my coffee bc I'm allergic to dairy. I ordered my husband a BEC and they really put scraps of bacon not even a whole one. Just fyi oat milk doesn't get that light.. almost ever! My oat milk coffees are always dark. Also a side note. The girl that took my order doubt miserable and the one that gave us our food wasn't too bad but definitely should have been better. DD get yourself some people that WANT to make money on your clock!!!
My tea was fare , but moms tea tasted like it had some coffee in it which I asked them not too saint cloud florida store !
Best coffee, friendly staff and never have to wait to long
