This rest stop is on the Florida turnpike. About a half an hour from Disney World. There are plenty of restrooms and parking. Electric vehicle charging station. A little store that sells snacks, cheap sunglasses and souvenirs. This Dunkin location does not accept the app as payment. Plenty of crows in the parking lot.
I love DD, their coffee options, sandwiches, and of course the doughnuts. I did love also the daft that they have a kiosk to order here, specially because the service, not that it is bad, they do what you asked for, but come on, guys! A smile can go long! No "thank you", either, nor a "welcome", no eye contact, no "good morning", nothing. Is this asking for too much?
Unless you have an hour to spare— STAY AWAY. This location is by far one of the worst. I had to wait 45 minutes for 2 iced coffees. TWO simple iced coffees and only 3 people ahead of me. Don’t even bother with add ons- they cannot handle “complex” orders. They’ll look at you like you have 5 heads and did I mention their awful attitude? Miserable staff. Very evident they hate being there.
We had good experience here. Stuff was very nice. For some odd reason our coffee came out lukewarm. Very nice lady who was making the coffee made new coffee for us right away.Inside is nice, spacious and clean.It’s a good spot to stop on your way, get coffee and stretch a bit. ?
Worst Dunkin’ since the day it opened. Never have all the menu items and continuously get orders wrong. Today I ordered a med iced coffee and snackin bacon. Noticing my coffee looked “light” I asked what she was handing me. The server correctly repeated what I ordered but as I drove away unable to turn around and waste any more time, my first sip told me I received a chai tea latte. My snackin bacon, just bacon, not seasoning
The best caramel machiatto a have had, the staff so kind and friendly Aline and Tania doing a fantastic job there.
Bad service and bad Aditude and she made one drink wrong and told us to get back in line and said just pay for another. But I'm not waiting in that super long line again. Aso the other drink I ordered was a peppermint mocha latte which is always so good but when they made it, it did not taste right it was chunks of chocolate and grainy taste. Never come here again
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Cheese was melted but the bread was like rubber and was not even warm. First and last trip I will make to a Dunkan Donuts.
Quick and fresh. I got a cranberry orange muffin and a chai latte. So good!
The service is bad all around. Cashier possibly Tanya W very rude. The attitude was ridiculous. The food consistency was disgusting. The eggs were just weird not even edible.
