Not only do they run out of everything before 10:30 AM on a Saturday, the few times they actually do have food stocked in their restaurant, they get your order wrong a solid 75% of the time. Don't patronize, allow this POS Dunkin to go under so something better can take over the property.
Employees are clueless every time i go in they mess up something like donuts or coffee. They seem to have a bit of an attitude as well if you dont like your job leave. Corporate needs to come in here and replace all the staff
Consistently horrible. Workers are rude, have attitudes and get offended when you point out an order they got wrong which is very often because they have zero accountability or attention to detail. Don't waste your money, you won't get what you ordered and then get yelled at for wanting what you ordered.
Went inside to order. 6:20 am. Only 2 people inside orders already placed. 4 cars in the drive through. Waited 20 min for an coffee !!! Plus a customer was asked to pull up to next window when I arrived. She keeps asking for there attention. I though they could not hear her so I let them know. They just looked at me and ignored the customer. She was still there when I left...
I'll give it 3 stars today though my wife would likely just give 1 star. We did drive through and aside from some confusion taking the order, we got our food - BUT noticed a hot drink missing, so my wife went inside to pick it up. Thereafter followed 25 mins of frustration with failed attempts to get a hot latte :-( Apparently the machine was broken without them realizing nor checking - so my wife ended up with a refund and a cold breakfast by the time she got back to the car.
Terrible how lazy people can be I ordered 4 Avocado toast and none were actually toasted. And I ordered a coffee and it was colder then jack from the titanic when he froze to death.
Gave a 3 cuz they r usually ok, today's visit deserves a 1.... 2 children working, slow as all get out would rather talk to each other than get multiple drinks going at once... working kids is great but they need adult supervision guys... also worst frozen coffee I've ever had from dunkin
Every time I come to this location the lady who works the drive thru always has an attitude or doesn’t wanna be there, if that’s the case just get another job. Coffee recipes here are never consistent, one day it’ll be very watery and the next super sugary. They’ve messed up my order countless times and it’s just awful. I’m probably just as young as these employees and it sucks to see them not care about anything. They need the owner to come in teach them how to make drinks and to be more professional.
Worst Dunkin’ since the day it opened. Never have all the menu items and continuously get orders wrong. Today I ordered a med iced coffee and snackin bacon. Noticing my coffee looked “light” I asked what she was handing me. The server correctly repeated what I ordered but as I drove away unable to turn around and waste any more time, my first sip told me I received a chai tea latte. My snackin bacon, just bacon, no seasoning. The staff are young and seem to need guidance.
I have also quit going to this location, sad because it's on my way to work. They are always out of something and never get my order correct. When questioned if Almond milk was used same thing I always get they say yes but it is not. I can't tolerate milk products it makes my stomach upset bad. I tell them that but they don't care. Bad service. Bad attitudes they need to close this location or get a whole new staff. I will not be returning.
