I have ordered pizza from here for several years but over the last year the service has become unacceptable. Each time I received cold pizza after a greatly delayed delivery, I complained and received no response. The last time they simply said, "We don't have a delivery person so it will be awhile.." I may be foolish but I'm not stupid so I will not order from there again. This last time I ordered from Papa Johns and received a great pizza, delivered hot and promptly, with a great delivery guy. Go Papa Johns!!
I order here whenever i have the money, i order so often that the drivers basically know me. I ordered just today and i never have any spare money on me so i dont tip much and when i get my pizza not only did they make me the wrong pizza, the driver lynette, gave me a rude attitude, she let me sign the reciept with how much i gave a tip, etc etc, and she rolled her eyes saying 'again?' this really diappointed me
I put an order in at 1:35 and at 3 I decide to call the store to see where its at. I'm told they have driver issues and that my order hasn't even left the store yet but would be next out. do you consider a pizza that was made an hour and a half ago fresh? Last time I ever order from Dominos.
Gregory delivered my incorrect order to me tonight and was extremely rude to me. On top of that I wasn't directed to a manager when I called to report the incorrect order and rude delivery driver Gregory. Instead it was a staff member who said oh yeah I know what you mean about him & asked if I wanted to have another delivery to my place to correct the order...? Not the quality of service I expected at all!
She was treated super badly, in a rude and denigrated way. She hung up on me twice and when I was in the restaurant it was uncomfortable
Ordered from here last night and it was awful....i wish i would have taken pictures of the wings they were terrible...when my husband went to pick everything we ordered up he said it was a bunch of young kids running it...that explains the girl on the phone with her rushing me ...never again we will go to this location...food is awful and they dont care about their customers.
Sandwiches were very good and we enjoyed the breadsticks twists but the 5 cheese sauce was awful! This huge container with barely an inch of congealed thick salty cheese. Not a sauce!

I forgot why I stopped ordering from here, definitely remember now after 1 order. They always mess up the order, never offer to deliver the replacement and never offer anything to make up for it. Lots of driving back and forth just for 1 meal.
Our favorite pizza place to order delivery from as well as takeout! Their staff is awesome! The food preps are always happy and upbeat and always show off for our kids to watch them work! The managers are fantastic! They have always delivered on time and exactly what we order! We really appreciate the drivers who work rain or shine, day and night to deliver good food to our home and business! Best Dominos store ever!
