Ordered delivery with door dash tonight. Order comes with half of the ingredients on my salad. Minimal lettuce, no dressing, no veggies that I had ordered. I drove myself over to take the order back and they didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for my inconvenience if having to drive there despite my order being delivery. They remade my order and I asked if it had veggies on it. She said no they were out and it’s too late to make more (it’s 8pm and there’s still a line) nor did she ask if I even still wanted the order without the veggies. Just poor service all around and has been the last few times I’ve visited this location.

Sent daughter to pickup 3 meals. The girls were very rude and kept yelling her to hurry up She was so confused with their aptitude that she almost forgot what she was getting. For the front crew that was working on April 6 around 6pm. I wish I would have went up there. I would have said something to them. It would have taught them a lesson in courtesy and customer service. Won’t be back. There many other places to go.

This establishment is about a mile east of the Florida Turnpike on route 441. It is on the right-side and easy to get to. There is definitely competition going on along the strip of pavement. A Chick-fil-A, a Tijuana Flats and about five other restaurants are in close proximity. It seemed, though, that Chipotle did attract a fair size of business. Going in, I was confused to where I needed to go. There was a long line on the left side. I found out this was the “pick-up” line for on-line calling. There was no sign to where to actually order. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It was understandable for the oversight considering the popularity of this restaurant. I thought the server could have given me more of the “Brisket” style meat. The rice and beans are reasonably cheap. The quality of the food is what I come to expect while eating at a Chipotle’s. I would eat here again given the opportunity. I usually do not leave reviews but I had to leave a review for the worker DESTINY. Even when the store was busy she had a smile and was working fast while still being amazing at taking care of the customer in front of her. Me and my husband were just amazed by her. Thank you so much destiny!

The employees here are so sweet and prompt. Somehow, the food even tastes better than other locations. So full of flavor!For the people complaining about wait times, have you heard of Starbucks??? They take way longer and people keep going back. A 10-minute wait is nothing, I’ve been stuck at traffic lights for longer than this. I’m just so grateful we even have food… and we’re not living in a country that’s getting bombed to death. We are so fortunate and we must all practice more gratitude for what we have, and for the hardworking employees out there. This would be such a stressful job taking in all this negative energy of all these spoiled and crabby customers.

My wife ordered from Uber Eats three bowls of different types of meat. The order arrived on time, but the portions were served half as a usual, too small portion, even cold. Too expensive for that.

Was in line with no one in front for a while. The guy that was preparing the food touched the trash can and kept touching the food. When we asked for a manager and told him about the wait, big line behind us and that the guy touched the trash can, he started arguing with my husband and was very rude and unprofessional saying "why you tell me, you should call him out not tell me". Seriously?! Never going to spend money on Chipotle ever again thanks to the horrible service. Not what the company advertises. Not at all!

I really hope management and corporate reads these reviews. I’ve ordered a few times here and by far the worst location ever. You guys don’t serve enough, employees don’t pay attention, rice is UNDERCOOKED,etc. I’ve come here enough to realize you guys all in general do not care and it shows. Especially seeing employees rather talk and laugh than attend customer! Again you guys don’t even cook the food well enough to be edible. This location needs to clean house or be shut down.

The food was good for being the 1st time ever eating at this Rest. But the service was not as great as the food. Understand that there "short" staff and employees are overworked but the have to do better. One of the MAIN reasons I go straight to the place directly is for my order to be right to avoid mistakes but in here is quantity vs quality the urge they have to avoid the line or to get rid of the line makes things harder for the employee to make the order correct. I repeated my self 3x I even took the mask off to avoid confusions and then again the order was not correct, they don't wait for you to select what is it that you want they just ask if you wanted and when you say no they catch an attitude or sigh hard or rolls their eyes, if you wait for me to tell you what I want we can avoid the hassle Im paying for the food if it was free you can add all of what you think I want otherwise wait for the customer to tell you. Again the food was good fresh and flavorful but the attention/service was not as I thought it would be or as they presented.

95% of the time I order online, never once have they messed up my order. Food is always fresh and tasty. Customer service is always nice when i past the drive tru and inside.
