Ordered Chili's Grill & Bar for carryout get home and this is the meal WTF is even this where is the rice? What a sad looking meal. These portions and presentation is unacceptable.
Ordered for curbside pick up, got my order, & left. Got home only to find out that they had given me the wrong order, called them to tell them of the mistake they had made and they said I could come back and get my order. I leave to go pick it up for the second time & when I get there, they tell me they don’t have my order and that I have to wait while they make a whole new order. They didn’t offer any compensation for us having to come back twice and for the extra wait time. Not pleased at all, will not be going back to this Chili’s location again.
Food was good. Fair amount for the price. Rate it a 3 to this Chili's because the staff was neglecting the guest and not very attentive with guest. Remember staff we pay for your our food which pays your salary.
Delicious meal I had today. Had a wonderful time and did not have to ask for anything. I had the Original Chicken stripes and we also has Chili con queso. The waitress was awesome she was very busy with taking table orders and attending the bar. Will be back more if the service continues to improve as it has from this visit.
Wow, don't go here if you want to eat any time soon. We got here, and the place is over half empty, and they have 20 min wait. I even heard the manager tell the hostess ( I use this term loosely. She certainly wasn't much of a host). to not seat people right away. I asked if we could seat ourselves like we used to at the bar side. The so-called hostess said no. Then I asked if we could sit at the table there to just sit to wait since all the bench seats were full. She said, "No." I said well, all your wait seating is full; she said,"Yeah." This was the kind of lack of personality answer to customers you would get from a recording. Why even have her up there? She was doing nothing for anyone. Total disappointment! I've had better service at a convenient store. Many people ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Sad to see a staple here fall so far. If they don't hire some competent staff for the host and manager positions soon, they will drive themselves out of business. Just an update: we have left eaten and gone home, and I still didn't get the text they promised for my table; it has now been 3 hours. The servers themselves are the only bright spot here; too bad we never got to that point.
Fantastic food and service. Restaurant was clean and bathroom stocked. Highly recommend! Great Jon Chili's. This location is awesome.
We received top class service from Jessica when we visited this location for the first time. She was attentive, had great energy, and overall the service was awesome. Food was great, never have complaints about Chili’s in general as they usually get it right.Only removed a star because at the end of the night, I noticed there was a lipstick stain on my beer glass. I did not wear lipstick. Jessica brought it up to the manager so I hope that mishap was relayed to whoever is in charge of washing them. That’s utterly gross, regardless with Covid going on, to know you may have potentially drank from the same glass as someone else because it wasn’t cleaned.

We came for lunch and we had a good experience, restaurant clean and hostess very helpful. Vanessa, our server, gave us an excellent & professional service. Thanks Vanessa you got five stars too!
