These people mess our order up so often Im surprised they get anything right. Even when it's on the ticket. Guess literacy is optional to work at this location. Says right on the ticket sub with Grilled chicken and they still put spicy and no red pepper flakes. They once hmgave us a $100 gift card cause they messed up my wife's grilled chicken club up so much. Club means bacon and they would never put it on.
Just an average Chik Fil A, and I mean that in good way. I think all Chik Fil A's are held to a high standard. Staff was courteous and the facility was clean. Easy to get in and out of.
Yikes!! There’s no word other than yikes for the customer service and efficiency of this store. This store is extremely unresponsive and the employees are unprofessional and rude! Not to mention a rumor of rats and roaches in this store?? Don’t let the “unexpected shift of hours” fool you, it’s just them cleaning out rats and roaches. Absolutely horrible surprised this restaurant hasn’t closed it doors yet. Let this be a lesson to all of the staff & operator. Shame on you!!
Absolutely love love this place. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is A+++ but lord the drive thru lines are horrible. If I can make a suggestion, make one side for mobile orders. This will allow people to pick up their order quicker...the sole purpose for placing the order ahead of time for quick pick-up
The food is good and their employees are friendly also the place is very clean and so are the bathrooms.
Dining room was busy but the friendly staff helped clean the table and booth seats with sanitizing wipes. Service was great and food was delicious.
The Employees that are there are great. Very nice. It's just the whole line situation and frequent closing of lobby. Closing of the pickup order parking spots which makes the App useless. Just not worth it to me. More & More I'm realizing the convenience of eating at home.
I ordered through uber ets the same thing has happened to me twice, everything is cold, the potatoes in wrinkled little fishes and it really seems wasteful, the food is extremely cold, the watery drink always likes to order with the direct delivery of the store which I don't know why it is not working before it said it was until 4 in the afternoon now it won't allow me at any time whenever I order the food it arrives hot and fresh but samples don't fix their delivery I won't buy from this store again I love their food but these two disappointed me a lot last purchases I hope you solve this order problem soon please with direct delivery with you I lost my money today because that food arrived in disgust I could not eat it
