The prices charged in the drive thru do not match the boards. So be aware hot dogs show as a $1.00, and they charge $1.49. Fries show as $2.59, and they charged $2.79. Big Buford sandwich should only be $4.79, and they charge $5.29. Not a lot of a difference, but they shouldn't charge you whatever they want without posting the correct prices. Check your orders!! This is a first and I've been coming here for years!!!
Ordered a Cheeseburger, chicken tenders and the nugget and fry box.They came out hot only because the cook dumped the fries in hot oil right before we pulled up to reheat them. They smell like straight donuts or funnel cakes leaving a weirdly sweet flavor when you're expecting Cajun fries.The chicken was saturated with oil and had a dark color. No seasoning and flavor like the picture on the menu. They put my fries in the bag upside down spilling them all over and saturating my napkins with grease. Also I asked for BBQ sauce for the terrible chicken and they didn't even put it in the bag.The only redeeming thing was the burger and it was still sub par. Spend an extra $5 and get Culver's. This place isn't it.
I love it good prices and great hamburguers and I ate in the tables that are in the outside.
The food really but the drive thru is really slow i park my car and I order through the front window and the trashed in front smell the place need more attention o more employees
Went through drive-thru the attendant was courteous and prompt there was no wait and the food was hot ready to eat
Staff were friendly and the food was served at appropriate temperatures, tasted good and was very fresh.
Chili cheese fries were hot and they didn't skimp on toppings. Wish their chili has beans though.. maybe they will have that as an option at some point. Cashier was very pleasant.
Clearly says they are open until 12AM, got there at 10:15PM & the employees yelled at us saying they’re closed while they are just hanging out near the fryers. The customer service here is always horrible & the food is less than mediocre
