Service was bad food was wrong so I asked could they remake it, then guy in the back making the sandwiches was laughing when the girl was telling him to remake it. Therefore, I threw it away cause I didn't trust it to eat because of the attitudes the workers had. Overall I will never return plus the place needs a good scrubbing
Sat in the Drive-Thru line 30 minutes..they made you drive up to the window just to place your order then you have to wait for them to supposedly cook it, just to get my food and the burger was cold and my chicken nuggets taste like they were microwaved instead of fried. Poor management will not come back to this location ever.
Great to be able to get the new vegan Impossible burger which is tasty & filling. Clean tables & efficient staff.
45 minutes sat at the speaker with 10 cars behind me no way out then they respond come to the window.... they just took my order. Her excuse we close at 12am thats nice its 11:58 and now i have been here for an hour already it was 11 when i got here... out of everything or just to lazy to make it???? Just ridiculous maybe robots would do their jobs better for them.
This restaurant should just close it's doors. There is no one in charge of order, accountability for the issues this place has. It's drive thru has so many issues. Then the wait is so bad. I went inside today and although I was given good customer service from the cashier, this other employee just threw my food into a bag and handed it to me with a "you can leave now attitude." The soda machine was out of drinks, the tables were dirty, I just left. The owner needs to either close or place a responsible adult in charge of the business, if they invest on a quality manager with a worthwhile salary I believe it will progress and become the" king" once again.
The wait at this burger King is bad. It took 13 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive threw until I left with my food. The wait has deterred me many times from going here when I've been in a hurry. I was able to see a staff of 4 people total which is in my opinion why the service is so slow.
This place got to be the worst at customer service! Stood in line for 10 minutes. No one even said hello be right with you. Three other customers walked out before I did. Who ever trained this store should be fired. The general manager needs to find a different line of work. I will never goto this establishment again!
Extremely slow drive thru line. Took 30 + minutes to get thru 6 cars
Apparently, these rocket scientists, can't get out of bed on time because they haven't been able to open on time for the last 3 weeks. The sign says 6am, but no service and the doors locked as late as 6:20. I'd give negative stars if I could.
They should close the burger King until the can repair the drive through and staffing. One time while in the drive through the staff came out to our car and said they justbclosed because everyone walked off the job due not getting paid. Today sitting 6 cars deep in drive through the speaker is broken so everyone has to wait to get to the one drive through window place the order and place and receive their order. Fix your drive through speaker system to speed up time in line. This speaker system has been broken for months due to someone hitting the speaker box system
