My children enjoy coming here for the variety, and frequent a few times a month. However, this evening, the four of us walked in at 9:14 and the hostess asked “how many” then said, “can you eat quickly because we are closing.” My husband asked her what she said and she repeated it. There were 4 tables in there one of which had a 6 top. At this point, I felt it was extremely rude. A few minutes later, another party walked in with 8, not asking them to eat quickly. Being in the food industry, I am not interested with feeling rushed to eat when I’m with my family. The flat out horrible customer service from her made me refuse to have a meal there, instead I just had conversation with my loved ones who chose to proceed with having 2 plates each that were hardly warm; but the soup was nice and steamy.
This was my first visit to Buffet City and my last. We were in the area and happened to arrive 5 minutes before dinner. At first thought I was like "wow, we timed that just right" At which the hostess informed us we would be charged the dinner price. I gave push back and won. But we were told we could not get food from dinner menu. TBH, Nothing on the dinner menu I would have personally eaten anyways. But where I scored them low was on their customer service and food. For a staff of five they spent the entire 45 minutes of my dining experience screaming at one another across the dining room. Some of the food/chicken was so tough I couldn't even get my fork through. And to add insult the extra $4 they charge for dinner items are included in most places lunch price. If you're on a budget this may be your place, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
Food is delicious at this Buffet in St Cloud, FL!! I love having my food fresh and piping hot, so I enjoyed choosing my own hibachi concoction, and then having the Chef cook them in front of me. Sushi was great. Buffet has a good variety of food choices. We had a late Lunch on a Saturday, around 2:00pm, and the price is very reasonable, considering it's all-you-can-eat. Food bins were fully stocked and fresh. Staff were kind and friendly. They offer Military discounts here, so you just have to ask at Checkout, and show your ID. Definitely would come back here again.
Delicious! The food was fresh, hot, and tasty! I came here on a Sunday, at dinnertime. The price is on point for what they offer. At the entrance you are greeted by a pond of beautiful koi fish.The waitresses were quick to grab our empty plates so that we could go for a next round :D .The sushi and hibachi bars were great, and their ice cream was superb!I'm a bit of a picky eater, but I was quite pleased with the options. They had "American" food, "Chinese food, and Cajun style. Along with an assortment of desserts, fruits, and a whole bar for sauces/dressings. I will be coming here again, %100!
My son took me out for mother's day & I must say there was a line, we didn't mind waiting, in short time we were called & seated. This business is clean, the food service, deliciously appetizing. The staff was welcoming. Our server was always a helping hand, I saw a few servers in and around other tables that were assisting people clearing the tables making sure that you have straw/drinks/ forks.. I loved it!!!! And I have to say the koi fishes are so ?? when you enter inside the building.

The California rolls are very fresh and I love the soup. There are a nice variety of chicken choices that are good with the fried rice, noodles and vegetables. Shrimp, ribs, ham and fish are frequent choices. Several flavors of ice cream are the best choice for dessert.
First time at this location. Pleasant, clean, hospitable. Good variety, from sweet to sour, from bitter to spicy. If you're not in the mood for Asian food, there's pizza and plenty of veggies to fill your plate. Sweet tooth, no problem. They have covered as well. I do recommend and plan on a second sitting.
It's as I said before in prior review! The food is great, just too much for me and the wife to eat. If u hungry and like to eat. This is the place to go!!!!
Your typical orient style buffet. 90% of the time the food is fresh or near fresh and rotation of fresch food / removal of the old is way more frequently on the weekend or in the evening. All the staff I've interacted with throughout my 10 or so visits have been great. They are friendly respectful. GO TO THE BACK WALL , LOCATE THE ICE CREAM COOLER . IT SOUNDS LIKE A WEIRD ICE CREAM FLAVOR , BUT THE GREEN ONE IS GREEN TEA FLAVOR . ONE OF THE TOP 10 ICE CREAM FLAVORS I'VE EVER HAD . YOU MUST TRY , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
