Look they got good food, I’ve been a regular for a while, more the last two months (almost every other day). Usually I showup on my lunch break, I only get an hour. It only happens once in a while, I’ll be missing food from my order or I won’t receive extra sauces I’m charged for. So far it’s only happened when I’m eating inside. Only recently I’ve had to get my food to go through the drivethru due to my break getting restricted on time. On may 26th (2022) I ordered a 6 finger plate with extra fries and 2 extra sax sauces (no drink). Came home and discovered I only had 4 chicken fingers and 1 zax sauce. It wasn’t busy, only one other person was in the drive ahead of me. When I got to work with my food and saw what I had, I called them up asking for a refund. They said I could only get a refund if I come back with the order and receipt. What they don’t understand is that I already cut into my break 20 odd mins picking this up, I explained his to them, I didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant I’m lunch hour traffic. I just wanted something to eat on my break, already starving. So I just said screw it and ate what I had.It’s annoying that I can be almost a daily regular and be told I gotta go out of my way to bring the food back, just to get the order redone. As far as I’m concerned, you mess up my order, you just bought me lunch. Yea I should had checked the order over before driving back, but again I was tight on time and confident that they could get something as easy as a plate put together. (An order I’ve ordered a million times) Guess I was wrong.Also if your low on sauces (and yes this has happened to me) don’t charge me for extra, not give me what I paid for, and then when I gotta come back up and ask for them l, tell me “but we are low!”
Absolutely horrific service was served old refried burnt tasting wings some of my order was not even placed on and the explanation I got was " I thought I heard you say that hahaha" not I'm sorry or anything in which they passed me cold cheese curds that were literally sitting there because it took less than a minute for them to give them to me to add insult to injury they were more concerned about their own personal friendships and conversations and dealing with the customers and serving pre-cooked refried food that was absolutely disgusting
We stopped in here for a quick lunch. Since we do not have a location near to where we live, we were surprised to see that it was a fast-food restaurant. The quality of the chicken was very good. Moist and tasty. Fries were good as well. We would eat here again.
We have visited a few times when visiting its a very nice establishment, food & service was good, however, if I say once?the overall cleanliness of the Store should be a Priority!!! The Bathroom I can say is always lacking and based on the store was Not Busy its NO Excuse for Bathroom to be in a Mess., the condition of the Soda machine was deplorable ?...This is Obviously a Management problem. This is a Tourist area and We Expect Top QC&S! It takes an Overall Great Experience for the entirety of the Store, Not Just Service Alone.
I'm from Reno, I've had some good chicken but nothing like this! This place was amazing we got our order almost as soon as we order. The workers were nice and friendly and all smiling. The food was hot and fresh! THE FRIES ARE SO DELICIOUS!!! Seriously anyone who LOVES fries I suggest you stop here to grab some. They were actually salted and seasoned. Thank you to the works at Zaxby's for the amazing food!
We were expecting something different. We were surprised to find they didn't sell pieces of fried chicken (breast, wing, leg, thigh). The food was good. The salads were large, but could have used more chicken on them. The cashier was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
Ordered the buffalo garlic 5 piece boneless wings meal. The smallest bits of chicken I’ve ever seen. Tons of French fries which were good but what’s with the worlds smallest amount of protein? Not a fan that everything came in styrofoam so close to the ocean as this isn’t an okay business decision.
Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Service was quick and friendly.
Very expensive for what you get boneless wings that was over fried!!! Only good thing was the cashier at drive thru who was nice. Have eaten at other Zaxby's locations where food quality was much better.Do Not Recommend!
Well my husband who is a meat eater, unlike me, finally got to try their chicken sandwich. He was literally blown away. My parents came to visit and they all got the same sandwich and said it was the best chicken sandwich they ever had in their life. Maybe if I wasn't a vegetarian I would agree!
