I agree with Ryan. Constructive suggestions and polite requests should be helpful to the new owners. Unfortunately the owner’s daughter must be under tremendous pressure and unaware of how to respond to both employees and loyal customers. Too bad ownership changed.
I ate here twice this week. The first time, I left a stellar review. Yesterday, I updated it and confirmed it was posted. This morning, the entire review is gone. My first trip, I was tickled to death with these folks. The manager was front and center and had a handle on quality control of the food coming out. My food was ready, grabbed and went on my way. Only weird thing was that I ordered for curbside but they have no curbside area. I asked where I was supposed to be for curbside pickup and they said to pull in front of the store... you know, the fire lane. Anyway, didn't take away from the food and the service, it was great. Fast forward two days later, that manager wasn't there. My online ordered I had for a scheduled time wasn't even in the oven yet. The girl said it would take two minutes. Even in that very second, we all know it takes longer than two minutes to cook a pizza - again, it had not even been put in the oven yet. To add, one table was sat in the entire store. Two personal pizzas were in the oven - nothing else. I let her know I scheduled it for a specific pick up time and am on a tight schedule. Is it really going to take two minutes? She insisted it would, I again asked - your saying your going to cook my pizza in two minutes? Told her the reviews about the store consistently report this as an issue, will it be two minutes. She again confirmed I would have my pizza in two minutes. No, it was ten minutes. You have to manage people's expectations. People are understanding when they know what to expect. Ma'am, it's going to take about 10 more minutes to make your pizza, very sorry for the delay but will that be ok? I felt like nobody cared about anything, no sense of urgency - everything is at one speed. Weird. On a high note, I love the pizza. While the second trip's pizza was a little undercooked, the quality of the toppings made me content. It does kind of stink that you're willing to sacrifice the quality of the food for an already lacking service experience. Anyone with Celiac disease or with a gluten intolerance knows just how hard it is to find a decent gluten free pizza. Day one made me want to come back immediately. The second one being doughy was sad. Gluten free pizza is subpar enough as it is, don't half bake it and ruin what could become your niche if you get the service end sorted.
Good pizza, but this is constructive criticism because they do a good job. For us, don’t sell a garlic bread that has 50-60% cheese and the rest bread. Choose a better way to serve your customers full cheese and full garlic on every piece of bread.
We had the Great White pizza, it was excellent. We also had the butterfinger gelato, it was excellent as well. Lexie was awesome, she made our pizza. She was very attentive, kept checking to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Meet the new owner, very nice man, with very nice staff.
Love this place! Delicious and fresh. Very friendly staff. Awesome spot for lunch.
First time ordering, menu looked amazing so got the 14" BBQ CHICKEN, 14" NAT along with a 10" cheese. By far the worst pizza we have ever eaten. Over cooked cardboard, no flavor. A waste of $53.
First time here for dinner with Family night sponsored Pleasant Grove Elementary and I loved the pie. I got The Nat. I will be back again to try other items. Nice place and very friendly staff.
Employees were very rude. Actually rolled her eyes and shook her head at me.Way overpriced and dirty inside.
Tonight was terrible. At least 20 people waiting for their to-go orders for over an hour and a half. Couldn’t figure out which pizzas went to which people. One employee got in a customer’s face and 2 other employees had to push her to the back. Couldn’t get a refund because I placed the order on the app. I understand the employees were working to the best of their ability but this was beyond ridiculous.
Only problem is that we had to order 2 personal pizzas instead of 1 big one.The pizza was good and our experience was decent.
