As someone who is visiting I’m really disappointed in the poor service, response time, and lack of preparedness of the team at this location. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ordered from yet and I love Wendy’s for inexpensive good food with decent service. But this place..They took far too long to respond just to take my order. But the worst part is they were missing parts of my order and I’m assuming the lead or manager had the audacity to get upset upset for the store’s incompetence. The only positive thing is the forgotten fries were replaced with hot fresh fries brought out to us.And the receipt machine allegedly didn’t work so I could t even look back at my order to be sure what they heard was what the cook heard to make sure my order is correct.
On April 15, 2022 at 230 pm, at the A1A & 312 location, I ordered 2 Bacon Double Stack sandwiches which cost me $7.65. I was headed to work and once I got settled went to eat my order. My order was completely incorrect, I did not get a receipt, your window staff member was embarrassingly unprofessional, unkempt, and disrespectful. I tried calling within 20 mins of my visit, multiple times with no answer. In my humble opinion, you (Wendy's) have just demostrated why I dont frequent fast food establishments. But because I was in a hurry getting to work, I decided to give Wendy's a try, and you validated my reasons for NOT spending my money at your type of establishment. I will just consider my visit today a donation and you can bet I WILL NEVER utilize Wendy's as a food choice option ever again where my money is concerned. Went to this Wendy's, after driving from a long trip. My Dad's memorial was going to be that day, so we stopped to get a bite to eat first. I couldn't believe what I walked into. The bathrooms were old and dirty. The lobby looked like a kindergarten class with small tables and chairs that were also dirty and lacking furniture. We were so hungry and tired that we decided to place our order. The girl that took my order, may as well have been calling her hogs. When I asked her if she had baked potatoes, she yelled out someone's name to ask. Very unprofessional staff. This is most likely a franchise. A poorly put together and run Wendy's. I'm very disappointed. I've been a Wendy's customer, since I was a teen. Health inspector may need to stop and take a look at this place. Sorry guys, I'm giving this place a thumbs ? down.
I’m like the next reviewer. I would have given it a zero with one exception. That is our food was hot and good. Ordered the junior cheeseburger deluxe. The tomato and lettuce was fresh and the burger was hot. Ordered french fries that were very good. As for cleanliness I give it a 00000. The windows were filthy the door was nasty the floors inside were nasty the tables were all needing to be cleaned. It was very obvious the staff is very uncaring, just a job. I spoke with the manager and she apologized, that she had just come on her shift. She cleaned our table and even threw in my french fries and Coke. She actually was very nice and very professional so I gave her a five star. I hope the owner of this restaurant reads these reviews so that he can clean up the mess that is called Wendy’s at Saint Augustine Beach. Where are the county food inspectors?
First off, if I could give zero stars, I would. Went through drive through at 10 PM. We were thankful they were at least open and our expectations were already low. When we pulled up to pay window, I saw the kitchen inside. Food, garbage, trash on the floors. Disgusting. Employees walking over it. We got food. Fries were cold…so much for those commercials. When we got home, the food was cold and unpalatable. Again, expectations low. I get it…Monday night, everyone’s bored….food sitting in the warmer a little too long, you don’t want to cook anything new. This was a whole new level of apathy. The burger patties were over cooked, shriveled and cold. Like they looked like a cross between beef jerky and a square black puck. We threw them out as we were concerned for food safety. Everything else cold, soggy. Clearly our expectations were not low enough. Shame on the staff and the franchise owner. Don’t go here least you get sick…never mind having to flush your money down the toilet. Not sure how much lower you can set the bar for fast food.
Service and good were good, but a pain trying to get a drink refill
Went through the drive through and paid 17.00 for a cold bacon cheeseburger with no onions, did I mention there were onions on it. French fries were cold and hard. Value meal over 8 dollars they didn't give you the cold hard fries. There were 2 chicken nuggets instead of four. They were cold and hard too.The drive thru employee was unenthused. She didn't seem to have much support around her.Not going back for a while.
Stale baked potato and overcooked grilled chicken. The kids that took the order were very nice. Definitely disappointing food quality though. I ate it but.... it was just barely edible. I'll leave it at that.
Forgot a 4pc nugget I understand the order was big but they was just dilly dallying and not paying attention. Plus sweet tea is unsweet so instead of fixing it they just let it taste nasty
Food was ok, they still can’t seem to take an order correctly. Couldn’t upgrade to a large size fry because they were out of the proper packaging.
