The cook was higher than a kite, couldn't handle more than one order, and took well over an hour to serve my undercooked hash browns with the steak meat completely burned on one side and not cooked at all on the other. It took more than half an hour after being seated just get a cup of coffee that we had to ask for three times. I then had to reach over the counter to fetch my own spoon. To add insult to injury, the coffee cup was full of old food debris. I was still charged for the hashbrown bowl even though I immediately sent it back and did not receive a replacement. The store wasn't even busy. I have been a customer sense I was just a little kid (almost 40 now), and this was seriously the worst experience I have ever had in one of their stores. And this is a waffle house we are talking about.
All the tables were empty of people but full of dishes and waitresses were not in a hurry to clean them off to seat us. Only 5 people sitting at the counter in the restaurant and took 30 minutes to seat us and basically ignored us sitting there until I said something.
The food is always good and hot!! All of staff does a great job, and Mrs. Deb was amazing.
Always consistent food. This location is brand new and very clean. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
Came on vacation to Florida this Waffle house is one of the best. Great service, everyone was so nice I definitely will come back to this one when I'm here again. They get a 10 out of 10 from me.
I was not expecting to stop to eat on my journey today, but when I saw Waffle House along the way I just had to stop in and eat. I went inside and found a spot to sit at the lower-level counter. I was greeted by a young woman name Destiny, who seemed quite pleasant. I picked up the menu that was sitting on the counter and there was something sticky on it. Destiny was kind enough to get me another menu and a damp towel to wipe my sticky fingers. I then ordered a "Cheesesteak Melt" and a Sweet Tea. When I asked about the entree Destiny was kind enough to tell me it was a good choice and told me I would enjoy it. Well, she was right. If you haven't had one yet, you need to try it. Destiny was very pleasant, chatted with me a bit while she wasn't busy and made me feel right at home. I paid with a credit card and she noticed my name on the card and then called me by name, which added a nice personal touch. I don't ever recall a waiter or waitress taking notice like that. I thank Waffle House for a great meal and I especially wish Destiny all the best for her future, whether it be in Waffle House or whatever may be her future career goals. She is certainly deserving of all the best in life.
We came in as a big group. (4 kids and 6 adults) They had limited employees but were making it work. It was confusing how the order was taken but made much more sense when I thought about it. My food was good. Friends food was really crispy unfortunately. I thought they did a good job all together with it being a larger group.
Not as good as usual. Our server was wonderfully But., got the wrong waffle, then the next waffle was raw, then the 3rd was not as good as normal.Don't know why, it was not busy at all. Still over all great place!
Haven't been in years. This one was great. Very clean. friendly staff. Food came quick and was delicious. Price is always right
Food was on point. Waffle House never disappoints there. service was a little slow. Ordered 3 to-go waffles for my kids on our way south and it look a little longer than expected. Also when the chef told the waitress the take out order was up she walked past me to a table of 6 and started taking their order. After a while the chef bagged me up and got me out the door. If it wasn't for that I'd say 5 stars.
