I was hoping with a name like Vinny's that I can get some authentic pizza. Ordered a large pepperoni for take out. The crust was nice but it had way too much sauce and barely any cheese. I could not finish the first slice. All you can taste was the sauce. My wife ended up just eating the crust of her slice. The remaining 6 slices went in the trash. Ended up having to go back out to fill our bellies with something edible.
Pizza was delicious, friendly little hole in the wall with outside seating. I had the Lamb gyro and it was so good. Will definitely be back.
Moment you walk through the door, you can smell the 'real pizza' scent. Only other time I had pizza this good was in VA Beach. Definitely brought a sense of home into our trip. Pie was hot, fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious. Great staff. Small picnic tables outside- matches the ambiance. If you are looking for fancy- this isn't it. If you are looking for a slice of heaven- you find it here!
Growing up in Brooklyn NY, I can say this pizza is truly delicious NY style pizza. Perfect crust.

My wife and I live in central Florida and we love visiting St. Augustine and we were in the mood for pizza out of the regular pizza chains. My wife loved the Bread sticks and said that they're the best she's had so far and the pizza was amazing, though my wife would have preferred a little more crispness we still loved it. Definitely will be ordering when we we're in the area again and definitely will recommend to family and friends.
The first time we ordered from Vinny was a year ago. Since they've been on a decline. We consistently ordered double meat and double cheese options. Short story, after we decided to give them a last "try" and ordered a couple of large pies double sausage / double cheese - we found slices with one or two small sausage pieces and scarce in the rest of the slices.That's too bad, but on top of them delivering I can't see why anyone would order from them anymore.
