Got a smoothie and then made my boyfriend go back to get me another. Was certainly good in my book :)
The kids working here are clueless AND rude, a combo I didn’t think could be possible. The blue haired girl is so nasty every time. Hopefully someone will give her an attitude adjustment one day. I wont be back.
Food was prepared incorrectly, sides not included and had to go inside because never brought the food out for curbside. I called back to report the poor food quality and got a cookie cuter response without a sorry. This was the first time with this poor service and quality so I'm hoping they were just having a bad day.
It took 3 tries to actually 1. Get the order right 2. Get a quesadilla with cheese in it.
Waited patiently in the curbside pickup line for over 30 minutes without seeing a single employee. Walked in (after the car in front of us did the same) and found two employees leisurely in conversation in the kitchen; to go orders stacking up on the counter.Our smoothies were sitting pretty much that entire 30 minute time while they carried on their conversation without once checking the curbside line. I'll be going somewhere else next time.
Asked for a buffalo chicken wrap receiver one without buffalo sauce. Asked for them to remake the sandwich with buffalo sauce politely. I receive the sandwich with a disgusting amount of hot sauce. Consistently disappointed with the service I get from many of the young adults working there. Would advice against the food here.
Curbside is awful! Took 20 minutes to get one smoothie. I would’ve given it a three star but don’t know how to change the star rating. Can’t give them a five star.
There was a young man there named Julian, he has AMAZING customer service. Very sweet, great conversation, and swift! Discovered he is a Jags fan and will DEFINITELY be treating him to a complimentary game!!
Been getting smoothies here for the last 6 months. Recently about half the time their smoothies are watered down and flavorless. Each time the staff is willing to remake it but such a hassle to get a good tasting product from this place. We are done visiting tropical smoothie Cafe.
