Way way over spiced I ordered shrimp fajitas and it was so spicy I could not even swallow it not to mention oversalted I did call and let them know and they did offer to replace it there is no way around getting no seasoning because everything is season ahead of time if you don’t like seasoning this is not the place to go. Sorry but it’s the truthI don’t mind a little bit of seasoning but this was way way way hotter than what I expected even my husband couldn’t eat it and he’s a Latino

Some of my food was undercooked. I took the item to the counter and told the cashier about the issue. She rolled her eyes and took the food to the manager(?). I stayed at the counter waiting for someone to issue an apology or ask to remake the food. The cashier came back and asked if she could help me with anything and proceeded to tell me there was no problem with my food.As someone who eats at Tijuana Flats on a regular occasion the service I experienced at this location is the worst of any of my dining trips.

I have tried this location many times, and it doesn't compare to my favorite Daytona location. It is inconsistent. Portions are varied. All I ask for is consistency. When there's very little cheese in a flauta or chimichanga it makes the meat dry too. The outside shells not crispy. Cheese was still visibly shredded and cold in middle of 'Atom Bombs'. We watched multiple employees ignore the dirty tables outside the entire time we were dining, around 45 mins. The birds were well fed. I REALLY love Tijuana Flats, and have been to MANY across Florida, just not this location. It wasn't overly busy either.

I just want to start off that I love this restaurant (outside of St.Augustine).After waiting years for this restaurant to come to St. Augustine, they come and at first are amazing. The place has been a steady decline in food and service. My family and I decided to try the place again last night and again disappointed. The menu is half the size of what it used to be, no one opened the door to greet us or greeted us upon entering. The restaurant is dirty and the workers… well… I’ll leave that out. When ordering I asked to keep salsa and guacamole off my nachos and asked can you just put a bit more cheese. The very rude girl working said no, I would have to charge you. What?? Then my wife gets the largest drink cup there and the girl says there are no lids… when there are packs of them visually right behind her. Then the best part was that not once were we asked if we were good, needed refills, absolutely nothing. And she walked past us multiple times as she was pre-closing the place at 7pm (seems a bit early) to be taking up all of the mats, especially at the front door.Absolute hope corporation looks into this location and brings in someone to fix this.

We had such a great experience at this Tijuanas! The GM totally made our night. It’s crazy hard to find excellent customer service, but we found it here!

So it started ok going ok and ordering, first time to this place. The cashier looked like she wasn't having good day, not even a smile. After ordering for eight people, the food came out. There were missing things on some of the orders, like real simple stuff that can be easily be brought out like beans and rice. So the manager came out and said real abruptly all your order are there. I interrupted and told her that I was also was missing. She replied all the sides came out and that I should have asked if the sides on the other trays was mine, so I said why should I have to do that. It should be transparent to me, She should have checked all the orders and if it was missing she should have said, no problem, ill get you another set. So why did she have to argue with me, she should have just apologized and get the side order, LOL . So the food was decent, customer service needs work, manager who confronted us needs training, but then again, you get what you paid for, definitely no finesse. So will I come there again, maybe not. Unless you want to loose your appetite.

Not much of a choice in menu options. Use to love going here. Now I don’t know what to get. Ordered two basic tacos today and it was 10$ came with two tacos. Super tiny and had no flavor... I didn’t even finish the first one and threw away the second… Doesn’t seem like a good price for basic tacos when you can get fancy tocos down the street for 4$ a piece. Shame because I’ve always loved Tijuana Flats. Now I have no craving to go there.

The woman working here with purple hair and glasses is very very unkind. Was cold, unfriendly, and frankly rude. My young daughter said hello to her no less than 3 times as she dropped our food off and she ignored her. She had the same uncaring unfriendly attitude at time of ordering. Horrible

Food was pretty bad in quality. I had a margarita as a drink it tasted like pure glue. The price was fair for what we got especially in a tourist town. Service was nice.

This location needs help or strong management .. Seats in disrepair , floors could be cleaned yet staff just standing around having personal conversations which you need to interrupt to get a drink refill . Food was about average with other locations but the wait time is excessive here . Doesn’t matter if you online order or not you will wait .
