Walked in 20 minutes to close with two people who walked in just ahead of me. No employees were in the front of the store. After two minutes a young lady walked out and we all looked to her. She acknowledged none of us, grabbed some containers and walked to the back. Maybe change closing time if employees aren’t going to work until close. Wouldn’t have been terrible but we walked here.Edit: The owner got in touch with me and was quite kind and offered me a reasonable option to try the donuts. I went back the next day and an incredible young man named Josh was in the store. He was slammed as this is such a popular location. It took some time, but Josh put my order together and made an iced coffee and cappuccino. My wife and I loved it all, especially those donuts! We got to see them made in front of us and customize them. We got Boston Cream and 3 from the photo: Vanilla Oreo, Chocolate Butterfinger, & Caramel Sea Salt. Her favorite was the caramel one! Would go back any time I’m in St. Augustine!

Stop back if we are in the area.The thing that sets this doughnut shop apart besides the incredible flavors is that they make them to order and have a ton of options so no matter what you can get the right one for you. The size are a bit more on the smaller size but the price you pay makes it one of the best values in doughnuts I've ever seen at a fresh made doughnut place.One bite in and my eyes rolled back in my head and I was transported to heaven if only briefly.They have a really cool atmosphere too and had a mini Nintendo to play while you wait.Also their coffee is amazing and well priced.
We just made a stop today because the little ones wanted a donut before our trip back home. They were delicious and tasted like grandma's donuts. The man working the counter was very polite. My husband and I also liked their coffee. We would definitely be back.
This place is great! The donuts are made fresh when you order (or you can order ahead). You pick the icing, topping, and if you want a drizzle on top for each donut. They also have a selection of “fan favorites” and specialty donuts to pick if the choices are just too much … so thank you for that!The shop is clean and cute! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They paid obvious attention to hygiene while making the donuts. Totally reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend stopping in and trying an experimental donut of your own creation or two or six…
Our visit started off differently, placed our order online and there was a slight mixup. The owner called and was so helpful. Let’s just say…I am sooooo glad we worked out my order and we got our donuts. I don’t normally like cake donuts, apparently I’ve never had good ones. These were so fresh and the toppings we chose we perfection! Amazing donuts, amazing customer service and I wish we were in town more than once a year!!!

Each donut is cooked and prepped fresh, so it's an involved process and you can wait a bit between coffee and donut orders. Donuts are smaller than you're used to with some of the donut chains, which is nice since you don't feel like death after eating 1 or 2. The ability to customize your donuts and add toppings to a hot fresh donut is divine.
