We rented out the entire pub for a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception, the night before my son and daughter-in-laws wedding !!! It was absolutely AMAZING, starting with Marco, our planner. She was present and helpful from day 1. She assisted me with making decisions. She helped me with the menu choices. The day of, I dropped my decorations off and she perfectly placed then. When we all walked in, it was absolutely beautiful! Then, the evening of was wonderful. All of my guests from near and far asked the same question “How did you find this place”. It was just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to plan something nice and special!
Stopped in to cool off with a beverage. What a cool little place with lots of personality and fun environment. Friendly staff, lots of draft options and full menu. One of the few places I have found that keeps hard seltzer on tap. Will definitely stop in again!
Hosted my rehearsal dinner/welcome party here with Marco's help and I can honestly say GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! Marco was on top of everything for us, and made it easy to plan. I can't say enough kind words about her! My wedding party LOVED the plated meal, and then when we opened up the venue later to a welcome party, all the guests had an incredible time. Everything was so well organized and anytime my and my now HUSBAND asked a request, it was always "yes let's see how we can make it happen."Also, we looked for many rehearsal dinner/welcome party spots in town, and the Chatsworth gave us the biggest bang for our buck: accommodated our large welcome party while being flexible with our plans to have a small dinner first. The location is very convenient if your venue is close to town as well.P.s. if you are getting married in St. Augustine, know that it is a VERY popular wedding destination. Any vendor you reach out to probably has a ton of inquiries just like yours. Practice patience when it comes to vendors. They'll get back to you in enough time I promise! I had a year to plan my wedding and that meant lots of back to back communication with vendors. They do the best they can and they work hard to make it happen for you!
I had my son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner here this past weekend and it was the best. The service and the staff was excellent, the food was very good cooked to perfection. I did this reservation and planning all by phone and computer and Marco was amazing. I recommend the Chatsworth for all celebrations they are worth every bit ❤️?
Best tavern in the city. Shoutout Ty, Dustin and Chivelle. Chicken wings fall off the bone, cheese soup is the same as the pretzel cheese dip - FIRE! Extensive liquor list and even better vibes. Highlight of the trip!
We really enjoyed this place! We went on a Saturday during Night of Lights, so there were a ton of people at every other place we went to. The Chatsworth had plenty of people, but it was so much quieter inside. Definitely more of an adult atmosphere compared to the other bars. We'll definitely have to swing back by whenever we're in the area again.
Panini sammich with chicken, onion jam, tomatoes and cheese was stellar! Cold beer hit the spot. The waiter / bartender was Ace! I forgot his name, but he made us (tired from a long day) feel so very welcome.
Good service in a great space but their draft list is consistently inaccurate which makes it nearly impossible to order when the place is packed. Recently I ordered a Guinness (because it was on the menu) and the bartender tried to pour me a chocolate stout instead while suggesting the two were comparable. I don't know if he was clueless and didn't realize the disparity between a sweet stout and a dry Irish stout or if he just thought I was clueless. Either way, that's a bit of a bummer.
Nice little pub. With Nights of Lights it was crowded - as was everywhere. As busy as they were, and short staffed - as is everyone, they were hustling and remained friendly and upbeat. (I'd be crazy by that time). Food was very good. Pot pie (last two) were very good. Ruben sandwich was good too. Nice visit.
Wonderful Staff. Great experience. Went for the Pub will certainly be back for tea.
