*Posting on husbands account*Today on my way home I had a very low blood sugar. In panic I pulled over to the first “soda/food option” available. When I ordered I found out they were only taking cash. Which put me in a panic as I don’t carry cash. I honestly couldn’t drive anymore without fixing my levels. So I was stuck.I explained my situation and was near falling apart due to my low blood sugar. To which this amazing angel of a women went above and beyond. Without her thoughtfulness I was moments away from calling an ambulance.I am from another town almost an hour away yet do visit often. Yet I hope to order again and find her to officially thank her. I have no idea if she will remember me..Yet I’ll always remember her.Thank you if you’re reading this!
Wow…. I’ve been sitting in this place 3 minutes and it’s OBVIOUS this place needs serious oversight. Let’s start with the obnoxious music being played in the music by the staff, complete with every rap obscenity one can imagine, for everyone within the store to hear over the store music. There’s also a problem with everyone’s order here, my own included. The store itself is nice but in clear need of managerial oversight.
Please just teach the staff to get everything in our order. I'm missing $15 dollars worth of food in my order. Im stupid for not checking. This is a regular occurrence I'm truthfully not sure besides the convenience of your restaurant why I choose to keep going back. Sorry for the negativity just want what I paid for.... #stillhungryanddontfeellikedriving
Only reason I left one star is because I has to !! Very immature girl ! We drive a truck with trailer so we always walk though Taco Bell drive threw, after standing there for several min the girl say you have to be in a car to order here? after going to the door to find the store number I took a picture when they seen they turned their back. Hopefully the franchise’s owner will see and correct them. I personally would fire them
My wife hates Taco Bell but I like it However I don't get to go there very often. Anyways that's not related to the food but I had a Crunch Wrap for the first time in forever and it was good. Decent portion size, a little under seasoned.

Pretty typical Taco Bell. Had several people working. Food was not as good as some locations.I would not eat here again. Didn't look very clean just needed something to eat after a day of riding.
The food is always at least decent at any Taco Bell. This one I find to be more convenient than anything.
This place just sucks all the way around. First, they seem to be closed every single time I come here to the st augustine FL sr16 location. If they are open they always short the order. It's like they can't verify bag contents before sending you away. Then if you catch a mistake the lobby is always closed so you'd either wait back in line in the drive through or go home disappointed. The latter is what usually happens. Call in to tell them they messed up and they couldn't care less. Went today to try the new breakfast menu and sure enough, lobby is closed. My car is being serviced at a nearby shop so I couldn't use the drive through. 100% done with this Taco bell.
